The place we had stopped in front of wasn't a castle or a palace in fact it was more of just a house. Of course there were guards and security systems. But it wasn't place you'd guess a queen to live. Then again wasn't it against the law to have another queen when Ari (and soon to be me) was ruling?

"Come princess. We must not waste time," the pixie said, interrupting my thoughts.

"What's your name? I must know," I asked softly.

"Windy Willows is what everyone calls me. But why, little princess, do you care," Windy asked.

"Because. It's my job to care when clearly no one else does. You must have done some pretty awful things to have the other pixies hate you," I said.

"Why do you think your sister killed the only pixie I ever loved? Because of what I did. And what I did is none of your business," Windy looked awfully annoyed.

"Fine," I muttered.

"Here we are. I am not allowed any father but your friend knows where to go," Windy said quickly before flying off.

Dan started down a long hallway that ended into stairs. We began up the stairs and reached the second, and final, floor. He then took a sharp right, turning us completely around so we walked towards where we had come in, a floor down. He then took another right, into a room that appeared to be an office. A beautiful purple pixie sat at the desk a leaf and flower crown atop her head.

"You must be the hunter. It's nice to see a hunter again, after so long," she said looking up.

"It's good to see you too, Tulip. But I come here on business, business concerning Shadowers," Dan spoke with confidence.

"Yes yes, as I've been informed. Supposedly the Shadowers are back, and killing things," Tulip sounded bored.

"It seems you haven't told any of your pixies down there," Dan said. "The pixie we spoke to didn't know a thing about them returning. So do you think that people are just spreading rumors?"

"Yes! Of course! I've never believed these creatures were alive to begin with! It's just a myth to me because you know probably better then anyone, pixie's are not afraid of their own shadows," Tulip flew up to Dan's face. "You have to be afraid of your shadow to be killed by a Shadower. And everyone knows that."

"But once they meet a person that is, they suddenly exist in your world and are capable of killing your kind. If a traveler comes, a Shadower casing him the Shadower will go for easier targets such as pixies. I can't say your weak because you aren't but have you ever fought against a Shadower," Dan had turned serious.

"Of course not," Tulip began to sound a little nervous.

"If its a Shadower with wolf blood on its teeth and claws all of your pixie family will become half-wolves and there's no way to cure that. If its a Shadower with pixie blood on its teeth and claws, your precious pixie family will all turn into a Shadower. You aren't prepared, Tulip. And they are more of a threat now then ever with their master being both Ari and Rick. Face it Tulip, if a Shadower comes here, you'll all die," Dan finished and turned to leave but Tulip flew in front of him.

"Then if you know all of this, tell me how I can become prepared. Tell me hunter," she hissed.

"Let hunters protect your city. Let them help you. There are many hunters without a place to go. You get help while helping us at the same time. I will send a message to the training camps," his voice had become urgent. "But only of you want me to."
