Daryl's point of view.
Time skip one year..."(Y/n)! Where are you!" I yelled worried sick
I could hear someone running in the forest.
"Daryl!" (Y/n) screams in fear.
I run toward the scream, then hear a gun shot.
"Oh no no no!" I ran faster, tears running down my face, hearing (y/n) loud cries.
I run to her, she was holding her ankle as Merle, was holding a man by the front of his shirt.
"Listen here you little Bastard, I'm a crazy motherfucker and won't hesitate to kill ya." Merle said glaring at the unknown man. I sat down by (y/n) holding her.
"Please don't kill me!" The man pleaded.
"I will do anything please don't-" the man was interrupted.
"Goodnight." Merle said shooting the man in the mouth, through the head, then throwing him to the ground, then going down to hold (y/n).
I could tell she was getting lightheaded from blood lost.
"Shush, baby girl, your going to be alright." I said trying to calm her down. She was cringing in pain. She was shaking like an earthquake.
"Merle, we need to find shelter and get her safe." I wrapped her ankle with the cloth I had.
Merle nodded, as he picked up (y/n).
"Kill the walkers, I'll keep (y/n) safe" Merle said.
~Night~
After hours of searching, we finally found a house. It was good because it's really dark. Merle gave me (y/n) as he spoke,
"Stay outside, I'll search and let you in when it's safe."
I nodded, and looked at (y/n) and her wrapped ankle. I felt her heart with my hand, still beating. I sigh, as she is passed out.
Minutes later, Merle walked out, signaling that it's safe. I walked in as Merle shut the door, locking it.
"I'll tie this door with something."
I nodded as I set (y/n) on the couch, getting my flash light out. I sigh, and take off the wrap, as she flinched and woke up.
"Ow." She said.
"I'm sorry hun." I said as looked at the gun shot wound. I see the bullet still inside her ankle. I twitched a little, "I'll be back in a minute, need to look for something." I told (y/n).
She nodded as I looked for the bathroom. After a couple seconds or so, I found the bathroom, looking though the drawers. I found some cleaning alcohol and a rag. I was still looking for something else.Merle's point of view......
"You 'ight kid?" I asked (y/n).
"Yeah, I guess." She whispered.
I looked at the television, and walk over to it. I pulled off a cord, tied it around the door knob, and the nightstand nearby.
"You will get feeling better kid."
She helped me so much, she mad me not want to do drugs, sadly they are so addicting and took me over. I smiled slightly walking over to (y/n). "This will be only a little pain your going to go though." I told her.
"I know. There is still emotion and mental pain. And that's more painful then this." She replied.
I looked at her. "Yeah, still those pains." I felt uncomfortable and left the room.
Daryl's Point of view.~~~~~
Finally! I thought to myself. I took out the tweezers, and took the rag and cleaning alcohol and went back to (y/n) and sat by her.
"Darlin' this might hurt, a lot. I'm cleaning it and the bullet got stuck, so I need to take that out."
She nodded. "Okay." She said smiling. I cleaned the tweezers with the cleaning alcohol, and put some on the rag, and started to take out the bullet. She flinched and started to cry, grabbing onto the arm to the couch. Her ankle started to bleed more.
"Stop!" She screamed.
I stopped pulling it out, and the tweezers still in the wound.
"Give me a minute more, this will go away soon."
"Do it quickly."
"That might risk it to bleed more."
She seemed annoyed, but nodded. I pulled out the bullet after a minute, and cleaned it immediately. She cringed more, having a tighter grip on the couch. I started to blow it and her grip slowly weakened. I went to the bathroom again, looking for a wrap. I finally found one, and walked out into the living room. I got the same rag with cleaning alcohol, and wrapped it around her ankle.Part 3 soon......
