As I walked home.. I wondered about why I had wanted to meet Marcus the next day.. Of course I had to know the guy I was putting in danger.. I owed him one.. But was there something else as well? Nah there couldn't be..
I thought back to my adventures with him.. We always met in crazy situations.. First with him holding a gun to my head, then with me returning the favor. When we met, no matter how hard the situation, he seemed to lose his worries and show his true happy character.. Marcus was a very entertaining guy.. Somewhat clumsy and definitely adorable.. And the way he looked at me.. He looked at me as if a rainbow was falling from the sky- with me being the pot of gold.. He looked at me as if the sun shone from my eyes. He looked at me just the way every girl wanted to be looked at. But..
But it just wasn't possible.. I pulled up the right sleeve of my t-shirt.
