Stimpack: a needle like medicine that boosts health.
10mm: A small handgun, that shoots 10mm bullets
Chems: Drugs and alcohol that you can get addicted to. Includes jet, buffout, mentats, Med-X, many Nuka-Cola varieties, Psycho, and all alcoholic beverages.
Power armor: Big metal suit that runs on power from fusion cores.
The Institute: an advanced scientific organization located in the commonwealth (city). They produce synthetic humans with advanced scientific and medical practices.
