((What a day I've had...wow. Thank god it's the end of the semester soon. I need a break. Even though this story is ending soon, I'll be making a new one called Sky Mafia. Hype man! Yeah!! Enjoy this here thing with the words an da uh yeah.))

Jess was so nice to you. She made snacks and drinks for everyone then sat down to talk.

You told her about the Tower and your trained group of fighters. She seemed thoroughly impressed, and offered you an alliance. You told her you'd consider it and discuss it with the others.

She talked about her husband, vice president Jason, and her kids, Justin and Julia. They sounded like a great family.

Just as she was talking about them, in came Jason and the kids.

"Hi honey, I was just telling these people about us and our town." Jess smiled. He came in and sat next to her, kissing her cheek for a moment.

"Hi, oh you must be his (Y/n). Your father told us much about you. When we heard you almost drowned, we knew we had to take you to the medical clinic." He said.

"Well, thank you for the hospitality. My group is waiting for me back home." You replied.

"If you ever need a place to stay, you're all welcome here." Jason smiled. You thanked him, and decided to go back and get ready for the journey back home. Your dad decided he was going to stay in the town while you went back to the tower. You promised him you'd visit again, then went to the clinic where most of your belongings were stored.

You packed up that night, and slept once more in the hospital bed. It wasn't that comfortable but you were always comfy in Max's arms. In the morning, you both ate breakfast with your dad, and got ready to go.

You were really excited to get back to the tower. Though traveling with only two people made you somewhat nervous. You and Max were both very skillful, but you've seen every creature of the wasteland and it will never cease to worry you.

After saying your goodbyes to your dad and a couple of his roommates, they wished you luck on the journey. The journey started off fine, lots of walking and not many enemies. You almost made it to Swan Park when a deathclaw came running out from behind a bus. Max swore loudly, and grabbed his gun. You knew immediately from experience the best way to kill the horrid creature. Bottle cap mine.

It was the last one you had, so it had to work. You motioned for Max to back up behind a close car. Just before it charged, you threw the bottle cap mine at its feet. Max began shooting with his automatic rifle to keep it from advancing. The...BOOM!

The bottle cap mine exploded as the monster's foot stepped on it. It's leg blew off and you ducked behind the car as the bottle caps shot out. You heard Max shout in pain, but he kept shooting. Soon, the deathclaw fell over and bit the dust.

You leaned back and wiped some sweat off your forehead. Your breathing slowed, and Max out his gun away.

"Hey is there something in my head?" He asked.

You gasped, staring at the shiny bottle cap sticking out of the middle of his forehead.

"Does it hurt?" You asked, delicately placing a hand by the shrapnel. He flinched, showing you it obviously hurt him. You pulled your hand back and stood up. You knew a lot of blood would come out of that wound once you pulled it out.

"Let's go sit in the park, I'll get it out." You suggested. Max nodded and walked with you over to the park. You both sat down under the gazebo and you pulled out a small first aid kit.

He sat very still while you pulled the cap out of his head. As soon as it was out, you pressed the gauze to his head. You quickly wrapped up his head, and cleaned up the area. Once everything was fine, you continued on toward the tower...hopefully you wouldn't run into anymore deathclaws...
