Adam, Alesa, Barney and Ross. You guys run inside. Max, Red and I will team up and monitor the perimeter." You said. They all nodded and you gave Adam a walkie talkie. You peeked out to look for the raider guarding the door, and readied your sniper rifle. He moved a little, to itch his head. You focused, held your breath and 1...2...3...Bang!

Adam's team ran out from behind the car and ran into the building. You put away your rifle and grabbed a sub machine gun. The turret began shooting towards the door that closed only a second ago.

You aimed at shot the turret, and a raider ran towards it. He looked around frantically trying to find out who was shooting it. A few more bullets, and the turret exploded. The hot flaming metal flew at the raider and killed him quickly.

"General, how should we do this?" Max asked.

"We need explosives. We'll start on the left side." You replied. Max grabbed a bag filled with frag grenades and you looked up at him.

"My man!" You grinned, patting him on the shoulder. He gave you a grin back.

The adrenaline from the fight was creeping into your system, you were soon rocking back and forth on the balls of your feet. You three crept along, using the rusted cars as cover. Finally you made it to the corner of the factory. Peering around the corner, you tried counting how many raiders there were. There was many, and more ontop of the pathway of scaffolding above your heads.

You motioned for Max to hand over two genades. Red crouched on your left and Max on your right. Thankfully, the raiders hadn't noticed you yet. You gave Red two genades, you took two, and Max took two. Hiding behind some sand bags, you smiled at the boys and motioned for them to watch you.

You pulled the pins out of both grenades with your mouth, and threw them at the same time towards a couple of raiders. A second after yours exploded- killing both men- Red and Max threw theirs. Their grenades killed two and injured another. Soon there were shouts and a few raiders ran, firing bullets at were you hid.

Max pulled out a handgun and began shooting at the raiders who were advancing. You stood up and shot one down, then Red nailed the other in the chest.

You grabbed your machete and signalled for the guys to follow. You got up and went over to the injured raider. He was laying on the ground, his legs injured. He growled as you approached, swinging around his machete. You swung your machete, but his caught your shoulder and tore through your skin. Another raider quickly came at Red from the left and Max raised his pistol to the one on the ground. BAM, BAM!! Two shots rang out, echoing throughout the surrounding area.

You stumbled back from the two dead raiders and Max grabbed your arm.

"General, hey..hey!" He shouted, trying to gain your attention. You stared down at the bloody machete in your hand, your head wouldn't stop spinning. Red grabbed your other arm and the guys led you over to a doorway. They helped you sit down, and pulled off the chest armor. Your shoulder was bleeding profusely,  so Max's cheeks heated up but he pulled off your shirt. Red pulled out a first aid kit and handed it to Max. Your head lolled from side to side, trying desperately to hold onto reality.

"Stay with me...hold on." Max rolled up your shirt and pressed it onto your cut trying to stop the bleeding. Waiting a few minutes, Max realized the cut would not stop bleeding. He gave you some water, trying to keep you conscious. After drinking a whole bottle, you blinked a few times and your vision cleared somewhat.

"(Y/n)...your shoulder won't stop bleeding. It too deep." Max mumbled, moving some hair out of your face. You groaned and reached for the first aid kit. That's weird, you didn't think the blade went in that far but it must have.

"Max, help me stitch it up." You muttered, grabbing the needle and thread. He removed the bloody shirt and stared at the cut. His stomach churned just looking at it, but pushed forward for your sake.

You took his hand and brought it to your shoulder, and failed to notice Max's pale green face. You stared down at your shoulder and poked the needle through your skin. Max leaned back and shut his eyes, now you noticed the green tint to his face.

"Max, back up please." You said. He nodded, backed up a considerable amount and looked away from you, taking in deep breaths.

"Red, hand me a mirror." You demanded.

"Yes ma'am." He replied, grabbing a small compact mirror from the bag and handing it to you.

You held the mirror and with the steadiest hand you could muster, stitched up the wound. Once you finished, you cleaned off the needle and wiped off your bloody hands.

You drank another bottle of purified water, then grabbed your bloodied shirt and slipped it back on. Slipping on your chest armor, you told Max you were done. He grabbed your hand to help you stand.

The three of you gathered all the supplies and walked up the the roof and killed some more raiders. Soon a voice came through over the walkie talkie.

"General, we cleared out everything. Where are you guys?" Adam asked.

"We're on the roof. Everyone's dead out here too." You replied.

"We're coming, wait there." He said. Soon, the door to the roof opened and out came Alesa, Adam, Barney, and Ross. Alesa was limping, hanging onto Adam and Ross was holding his arm close to his body. You all exchanged short conversations and medical supplies before heading down stairs, towards the front door. You did it. You and your team killed every raider in the factory. Sure, there was blood on your hands, but another small community was safe.

After making sure Alesa's and Ross's injuries were tended to, you all packed up and headed out. Next stop, Tempine's Bluff.
