Someday

BosLeng Wedding:

At the church, after the offertory, Maine and Richard sat on either side of the aisle. Maine signals Richard to sit beside her. He moves quickly but quietly and did so.

"Bakit Love?", asked Richard.

"Wala naman. Daming tao noh?" She replied with a hint of anxiety. Richard immediately felt this. He knew how Maine could be around people she's not familiar with, specially in huge gatherings. She needed comfort.

He places his hand on her right hand, the one with THE ring. "You'll be okay, Love. I'm here. Nandito ako tsaka mga Dabarkads kasama natin. No need to be nervous at all, Love. Sobrang ganda mo kaya." He smiled showing his dimple.

She turns to him and smiles back. "Thank you, Love, andyan ka lang palagi. Although not physically all the time, I know you're always there for me." She flips the hand he's holding so that they can hold hands. He intertwines their fingers.

They both smiled and focused their attention to the altar and watched the ceremony go on.

During the wedding vows, Richard squeezes Maine's hand lightly. She looks at him. He said, "Tayo din, Love, someday." He then gazed into her eyes in all sincerity.

She smiles back and returned his gaze. "Someday."
