Unfathomable

February 18, around 12:00 am, M's Condo:

M wakes up and finds R still sleeping, they fell asleep in the couch, cuddling. She slowly removes his arm around her then quietly tip toes to her room. She took a cyan colored box and walked back to the living room. She gives him a gentle kiss on the lips to wake him.

R: Nakatulog pala ako, Love? Anong oras na ba? * stretching and wiping his eyes*

M: 12:15, Love. Happy Monthsary! *she beamed, handing the box over to R* Gift ko sa'yo. Buksan mo. *smiles*

R: *smiles* Happy Monthsary, Love. Ano to? *opens the box, surprised with its contents*

The box was filled with photographs with little notes attached to them. Each note has a line from a poem she wrote for him.

"Unfathomable"

I can never begin to understand,

R sets the last photo back to the box and stared at it, speechless.

M: *takes both of his hands in hers* Now, I know I don't have to really know the answers. I should stop thinking too much because you have assured me that our love is enough and it is worth fighting for. I love you.

R: *looks up and looks into her eyes* I love you, Meng. *voice cracking, tears filling his eyes* And thank you. Thank you because you trusted me to rescue you from that tower and rode of with me in this marvelous adventure. *cups her face with both his hands* Mahal na mahal kita. I can't imagine my life without you. *kisses M with gentle passion on the lips*

After the kiss:
R: Paano ba yan, Love? Wala pa akong paandar na nahanda?

M: Okay lang yun, Love. Sobrang dami mo nang nagawa para sa akin. Maliit na bagay lang tong surprise ko. *smiles, reassuringly kisses his cheek*

R: *smirks with a glint in his eye, stands up* Alam ko na, Love. *starts sexy dancing*

M: Anong ginagawa mo, Love? *laughs*

R: Di ba sabi mo gusto mong nakikita akong sumayaw?

M: *laughs* Oo nga. Sayaw pa more. Ito na ba yung gift ko?

R: Hindi pa. *starts taking his shirt off*

M: *stops him* Uy, anong ginagawa mo?

R: Ibibigay yung gift mo. Ayaw mo ba?*winks*

M: *looks around* Eh kasi, baka umuwi na si Dean galing sa research nila. *stands up, takes R's hand* Halika. Dun tayo, sa kwarto ko bubuksan yang gift mo sa akin. *bites lip*

R grins as they hurriedly sashay into the room to open his gift for her.
