Payb Takes

First Year

July 16, 3am, M's condo:

R wakes up with M still soundly sleeping in his arms, her head resting on his bare chest. He smiles and leans down to kiss the top of her head.

M was not feeling well yesterday so he decided to stay and take care of her. He prepared their dinner and they ate together.

He gave her a foot rub and massaged her head before cuddling her and singing to her until she fell asleep.

R smiles at the remembrance of those quiet moments they share together. The times when RJ and Menggay are all that matters.

R: *whispers* Love... Wake up na...

M: *grunts in protest* Sleep, Love... Ang aga pa...

R: *grins* Remember the surprise I told you about? It's time, Love. *takes M's hand and kisses it repeatedly*

M: *peeks through her half-open eyelids to look at R, smiles* You look excited.

R: Oo. Sobra, Love. Halika na please. Wake up na. *kisses her temple*

M: *snuggles in his armpit, hiding her face from him* Antok pa ako, Love. Hirap gumising.

R: Pag di ka pa gumising, Love. Kikilitiin kita. *laughs*

M: Ayaw.

R: Ayaw mo talaga ha? *starts tickling M's side and back*

M: *laughs loudly and flings her arms wildly to get away from R*

R: *rolls and pins her to the bed* Tatakas ka pa ha? Ano Love? Gising ka na? *smiles*

M: *giggles* Hindi. Tulog pa. *laughs* Ano sa tingin mo, Love?

R: Gising ka na nga. Sarcastic ka na eh. *laughs* Halika na please, Love.

M: Sige pero halika muna, Love. May ibubulong ako. *smiles*

R: Ano yun, Love? *moves his ear closer to M's lips*

M: *whispers* Ang gwapo mo kahit bagong gising. *bites R's ear*

R: Aray, Love. *pouts*

M: Ay, ang matampuhin naman nito. Sorry na, Love. Nakakagigil ka kasi. *pinches R's face* Dali. Akin na. Kiss ko na. *smiles, kisses R's ear*

R: *looks down at M and smiles* Ang ganda mo din kahit bagong gising, Love. *leans down and kisses M tenderly on the lips*

M: *slips her hands over R's shoulders and pulls him closer, deepening the kiss*

R: *catches his breath* Love... uhm... Let's go na please bago pa magising si Rex at baka di na matuloy tong pa-surprise ko please.

M: *giggles* Okay. Okay. Tara na, Love. *smiles*

They get out of bed, freshen up, change their clothes and leave.

July 16, 4am, Broadway:

M: Love, anong ginagawa natin dito?

R: *smiles* Nandito yung surprise ko, Love.

They head to the stairs which was covered by a red carpet with a red carpet and rose petals.

R assists M up the stairs. He asked her to wear a simple white dress that he picked out for her while he wore a white long sleeved polo with the sleeves rolled up and dark jeans.

Once they reach his "lungga":

R: Wait, Love. Takpan mo muna mata mo.

M: Ayan tayo eh. Sige na nga. *smiles, closes her eyes*
