My Life

June 1, 6am, M's condo:

M: *steps out of her room and smells the scent of coffee brewing and breakfast cooking, smiles, runs to the kitchen* Good morning, Love.

R: *turns to M* Good morning, Love. *smiles*

R, in his gym clothes, was breaking some eggs into a bowl when M walked in.

M walks towards R and slips her arms around his waist to hug him from behind, resting her cheek on his back.

M: Ang aga mo, Love ah. Galing kang gym? Parang di ka puyat kagabi. *giggles, kisses R's neck*

R: Love, mabaho pa ako. Di pa ako nag-shower.

M: Di pa ba? *sniffs R's neck* Mabango naman ah. Ganito gusto kong amoy mo, hinahanap-hanap ko yung amoy pawis. *laughs*

R: *stops what he's doing, turns to M, lifts her up and sets her on the kitchen counter* Hinahanap-hanap mo ba? Ako din araw-araw kong hinahanap yung amoy bagong gising mo. *caresses M's faces then kisses her lips passionately*

M: Happy Weeksary, Love.

R: Happy Weeksary. Surprise ko sana yung breakfast kaya lang naabutan mo na. Ay, wait meron pa pala. *gives M a quick kiss on the cheek and runs to the living room*

M continues to cook the eggs while waiting for R and prepares the table for breakfast.

R returns to the kitchen with a bouquet of red roses and big travelling bag.

R: Oh, bakit mo na tinuloy yan? *hands M the bouquet* Happy Weeksary. I love you.

M: Thank you, Love. Happy Weeksary. I love you more and more and more. *takes the bouquet* Sandali na lang naman at mas magaling ako magluto ng eggs kesa sa'yo. *grins* Teka, ano yang bag? Ang laki naman para sa gym lang.

R: Anong araw ngayon?

M: Wednesday.

R: Hindi. Anong date?

M: June 1. Bakit?

R: Di ba sabi ko from June to August dito ako titira dun sa extra room nyo? *kilay language*

M: *stares at R in disbelief* Joke to di ba? We agreed na hindi tayo naniniwala sa hula.

R: Oo nga pero iba na yung naninigurado. So, sa extra room pa rin ba o sa kwarto mo na ako maglalagay ng gamit? *grins*

M: *jaw drops, blinks at R several times, unable to find her words*

R: *laughs* Kinabahan ka ba, Love? Joke lang yun. *smiles, hugs M, kisses her forehead* Di naman ako pwedeng lumipat dito ng ganoon lang. Di pa ako nagpapaalam kay Tatay. At sabi nga natin di tayo naniniwala sa hula.

M: *steps on R's toes, pinches his arm* Loko ka talaga. Joke ka dyan. Kinabahan ako dun ah. Susugod dito si Tatay sure ako. Lagot ka talaga. *flicks R's nose*

R: *covers nose* Aray. Alam ko naman yun, Love. Hindi para sa akin yang bag.

M: Eh ano nga yang bag na malaki?

R: Ah yan ang surprise ko sa'yo dahil maliban sa weeksary natin ay unang araw mo pabalik sa baranggay ngayon. *sits on the floor, opens the bag*

M: Ano naman ang mga yan? *sits beside R*

R: Eto. Dapat eto ang suot mo para presko ka doon at sakto lang naman hindi maiksi. *takes out a shirt and gives it to M*

M: May pa-OOTD. *tries the shirt on* Infairness ha? I love it. *smiles* Thank you, Love. Ano pa yan?
