July 25, 1am, M's condo

M: *answers FaceTime call from R* Hello, Love. Congratulations again on your show. *smiles at R*

R: Thank you. *stares at M on his phone screen* Love, okay ka lang?

M: Yes, Love. Why?

R: Ano lang kasi... I mean... Your blog...

M: Uy, ikaw din ba? Overthinking?

R: Hindi naman, Love. It's just... I know how you write from the heart that's why it's so easy for you na magsulat ng ganoon kabilis at kaganda. Something must have really upset you.

M: Uy, wala. It's just an observation of stuff I've been exposed to ove the past year about how things work. I told about it di ba? I told you I was going to write about it.

R: Oo pero di ko naman alam na ipo-post mo agad-agad. That barbie world... Those pretentious people... *frowns*

M: You're not part of it. Well, you used to. *laughs* I'll admit to that. Kaya nga nalito ako noon. Natagalan akong maintindihan kung ano ba talaga ang meron tayo but you have since been very honest with me. Naging totoo ka and you showed me that someone can be true in a world of pretensions. Sabi mo nga, you are most real when you are with me and I can see that. You showed me that side of you that others don't see. There are things about you na ako lang ang nakakaalam and I am happy about that. Nakakataba mg pusong isipin na ako ang pinili mo to trust with the real you. With that, I am secured. *pokes R's nose on her screen*

R: Totoo ka kasing tao. Sobrang refreshing to meet someone na sobrang natural. You wore your heart on your sleeve. You are so transparent. Kaya naging ganoon din ako. I felt so comfortable around you that I wasn't afraid to show you the real me, the part of me that others don't see. You accepted and loved me for me... For all that I am. You appreciated the real me and for that I am grateful. I can just be me around you and you accepted me... all of me. I love you so much, Love. Grabe.

M: Grabe talaga, Love? I love you more and more.

R: Grabe talagang mahal kita. I love you more and more and more and more. *sighs* I miss you so much, Love.

M: *sighs* I miss you too pero please, Love. Don't think about me too much. I-enjoy mo din yang vacation mo na very short. Enjoy Singapore.

R: Don't think about you? Imposible yun, Love. Para mo na ring sinabing kalimutan ko munang huminga. I will always think about you because you are my life. I love you, Love. Umuwi na lang kaya ako bukas agad?

M: Uy, wag. Sayang yung one day vacation. Just one day, Love. Enjoy mo lang muna. Andito lang ako. Just one call away. *grins* I love you too. *yawns*

R: Okay, Love. Pero di lang one call gagawin ko, mga wampipti yun. *laughs*

M: Okay lang, Love kahit tupipti pa yan. Basta ikaw. *yawns and stretches*

R: Hmmm... Mukhang pagod na pagod ka na. Okay, higa na tayo. *lies down, props his phone on a pillow by his left side*

M: *lies on her side and leans her phone on a pillow on her right*

R: Close your eyes, Love. Kakantahan na kita. *smiles* Buona notte, amore. Ti amo moltissimo.

M: Buona notte. Ti amo. *both kiss their phone screens before M closes her eyes*

R: *starts to sing*

M: *drifts of to sleep hearing R's sweet voice in her head and a music that touches her heart and make her feel at ease*

R: *smiles contentedly as he watches M sleep with a serene look on her face* Good night, my love. Stay true. Just stay who you are. You don't have to be anyone else but yourself. I love you so very much just the way you are and I am very proud of you. *he traces her face on his phone screen and kisses her gently* I can't wait to hold you, Love. See you soon. *ends call and closes his eyes*
