After Genos helped you clean the kitchen and wash the dishes, he quickly wipes his hands with a towel and rushes towards the porch and slid the door open. You tilted your head, confused of his sudden behavior. Afraid that he might be going haywire at the moment, you quickly followed him, only to stop and smile when you witness the young cyborg lacing his metal fingers together with his eyes closed. You waited for him to finish his wish, crossing your arms and leaning against the side of the door. You obviously couldn't hear what Genos was muttering but for some reason, he was sure taking his time on this. As soon as he finished, he turns around to reveal your casual self and returned the grin.

"I found a shooting star." He indicated, pointing at the sky. You can see the excitement glow in his eyes when he told you about it.

"Really? Is that so." You walked and stood beside him.

"Yep. I saw it all. It was beautiful." He replied.

"I see." You commented.

For a moment, it seemed cool, peaceful, and quiet. You were going to say something to him, yet you forgot after looking at the dark starry night. Instead, you shrugged it off and continued to watch the stars above with Genos. But then again, it came back to you.

"Oh yea! I was thinking about going to the convenience store tonight! I heard that there's a big sale ending at 9!" You burst out.

"I completely forgot about that! What time is it right now??" You quickly checked your clocks and they all read "8:14".

"We still got time, Genos!~" You cheered while you slipped on your jacket.

"Yes, let's." He answered before wearing his sweater.

"To the bat mobile!~" You quickly ran out the door and down the stairs while Genos catches up with you.

As you got to the bottom floor, you dashed through the doors and rushed out towards the convenience store. Genos tried to run in the same pace as you yet he was always ahead of you. When you reached the store, you quickly grabbed the things you wanted on sale and purchased them with only 15 minutes to spare. Strangely, there weren't many people during this time of day but the good news is that nothing had run out.

"We're gonna have so much food in stock! I love it." You giggled as you walked out of the store with Genos.

"Yes." He replied in agreement.

The cyborg carried 7 plastic bags with one hand and had you carry nothing. He insisted.

"Hey, (first)?" He spoke.

"Hm?"

"I want to ask you something."

"What is it?"

"Well... It's something that I've been thinking about." He lowered his head.

"You can tell me, go ahead. I'm all ears." You tilted your head to get a glimpse of his little frown.

"..... Who's Mumen rider?" Genos asked.

"Oh! Mumen rider? He's a man who saved me from these petty thugs back then. He was so cool, he became my hero!" You fantasized about this man again.

"I see."

"He taught me that in a fight, it's not about losing or winning, it's about you and the other opponent. Whether you're strong or not, it doesn't matter. What matters is justice." You clenched your fists with a hint of determination on your face.

"Hm..." He hummed.

"What's up? You don't seem impressed with my point of view on him, haha." You awkwardly laughed.

"No, it's not like that, I just---"

The sound of a bicycle bell interferes Genos. You looked up ahead, wearing a bright smile after hearing that sound.

"Yo! (First)!~"

"It's Mumen Rider!" You gasped.

The man hops off his bike, making his way towards you.

"Ah, Genos! Long time no see, my dear friend!" He takes out a hand for Genos to shake but unfortunately, the cyborg didn't seem impressed with him.

"Do I know you?" Genos asked yet he sounded a tad bit irritated.

"Ahaha, I see that you're helping this wonderful young lady here. My apologies, Genos." He hesitantly lowers his hand to his side.

"How have you been? What are you doing here?" You gleamed.

"Just patrolling this area for the next few days and then I'm off to A-City. Never seen a city as peaceful as this." He commented.

"Hey Genos, how's Saitama doing these past few days---"

You quickly interrupt the young bike rider by looking through your bag and taking out a can of soup.

"AH I ALMOST FORGOT!" You held it in front of the man.

"Hm?"

"I-It's soup! T-Thanks for helping me that one time! I'm glad that you still remember me!" You spoke with a false attitude.

"Oh, don't worry about it. It's my job to protect the people, just like Genos, right?" Mumen responded, kindly accepting the can from you.

"........" Genos did not reply.

"Eheheh... Well, I guess I'll be on my way then. Say hi to Saitama for me, will you?" Mumen slightly stuttered, assuming that Genos is having a bad day today.

"I'll see you again, won't I?" You asked.

"Yes we'll always see each other, (First)." He gave you a warm smile, patting your shoulder as a farewell gesture however, Genos pulled you close to him to avoid the man from reaching you.

"Genos??" You questioned his action.

"She did not give you permission to touch her. Please keep your hands to yourself, 'Mumen rider'." Genos warned him.

"Oh, you're right! Where are my manners?" Mumen replied.

"No, no it's okay, I'm fine with it, Mr. Rider!" You quickly explained.

"Well, I guess I shouldn't be standing here and waste too much of your time. Until then, see ya!" Mumen hopped on his bike and rode away as you waved at him.

"Goodbye!" You shouted.

"He was very touchy with you. I dislike it." Genos commented.

"Don't worry about it, Genos. He talked to you as if you guys are best friends. I'm so jealous!" You felt your red hot cheeks.

"You shouldn't get involved with that man. He can be dangerous."

"...... Alright, I trust your judgement. Under one condition." You sighed.

"Name it."

"Admit that you're jealous."

"........ I won't deny such nonsense."
