Benielle: It's Complicated

Danielle's POV:

Well, it's been a while since the kiss happened, but we still haven't talked about it. We're sort of just moving forward and attempting to get back to where we were before it all went down. Plus, with what's going on in my life right now, I don't really want to dive back into the situation to have a conversation about it. I wasn't feeling too well on set so I stepped out to go for a walk. Ben decided to invite the kids and come along too.

Ben: "Okay, my children, let's go eat. Where would you like to eat?"

Sabrina: "Depends... Are you paying, dad?"

Rowan: "He's technically my dad, not yours! So at least pay for me."

Ben: "Oh please, I'm everyone's dad. Except Danielle's."

Sabrina: "More like 'daddy' ".

*The kids all snicker*

*Danielle's eyes widen but she doesn't say anything*

Ben: "Okay, ya know what? I don't know all of your new lingo but I'm almost positive that comment was inappropriate on so many levels."

Sabrina: "True, we're off set. My bad. For the record though, that was a joke aimed at Corpanga."

Peyton: "Can we change the subject? Come on, pops, how about we just grab some burgers and fries and talk about world events?"

Corey: "Belgium 1831?"

*Peyton face palms*

*They line up and start ordering their food*

Ben: "I'm paying, so order off the dollar menu."

Rowan: "I thought you wanted to be a cool dad! Not a cheap dad."

Ben: "Hmm. I've changed my mind. Off set, I want to be everyone's cool, hip uncle."

Peyton: "Then I'm ordering the most expensive thing they offer."

*Ben laughs and shakes his head*

Ben: "What do you want Danielle? Get in there and order with them."

Danielle: "I'm not hungry, but thanks. I just wanted a little fresh air."

*She forces a smile and Ben looks at her skeptically*

*Everyone gets their food and they eat while strolling back to set*

Peyton: "We should set up a cast and crew football came out back."

Ben: "Oh I would totally crush all of you."

Corey: "No, Ben. Let's be realistic here. You'll be on the loser team with me. Peyton could tackle us both at the same time with a pinky."

Rowan: "We'll be cheerleaders!"

Sabrina: "And since we're real 'Muricans, I'll – "

Ben: "Danielle, are you okay?"

*Danielle stops, pale-faced*

Danielle: "I'm fine, I just, I just need, I need to find a bathroom."

*Rowan and Sabrina rush Danielle over to the nearest store with a bathroom*

*The boys wait outside for them to come back*

Corey: "Sabrina just texted me, said Danielle threw up again and that we should just head back without them for now."

Ben's POV:

Yeah, Danielle and I still haven't talked, but I'm trying not to change the way I am around her. But she has drastically changed around me. And, from the constant throwing up on set to the mid-day doctor's appointments, I think she's giving off a message in the most bold non-verbal way. What happened meant nothing and we're never going to happen. Danielle's pregnant.
