War training event has ended... Didn't get Fudou/Mono/Naga/Ichigo at all (I've already got Otegine as a 5-4 drop)

But there's an equipment creation campaign!! More silver/gold troops~~

Jiji is home after 50 days of playing~~

"Huhhhh~?  Ghosts? Well~ We have a sword who cut down a spirit before, so it's fine! Use him when you see that ghost~"

"It's not funny!" Protesting, you sat with your knees closed with your haori covering your head, afraid that the ghost you've seen might just appear in thin air. Yoshiyuki then gave a hearty laugh, while Kari spoke.

"Don't worry, I'll protect you from that ghost. Who dares to touch my precious master with me around~"

"Erm.... Seems that your powers are not that invincible anymore... Well, it was said that no ghost would appear if you were present, but...." You put your hands up and acted like what a spirit would do. The wakizashi then frowned.

"That's just a saying! I'll be your bodyguard until the ghost is gone!" Stepping out from your room, you were surprised from his reaction.

"What's the matter, Aruji-sama?"

"I-It's nothing..."

I haven't got a bodyguard before...

Nightfall.

After informing everyone about plans for tomorrow, you went back to your room, along with your new bodyguard. Along the way, the green sword looked around to see if there was any ghost.

"There's nothing.. Aruji, are you sure you've seen it in this very citadel?"

"Yeah... I saw it yesterday.. It was wearing white clothes with an eerie expression.." Instinct told you to grab on his white cape and sticking with him like glue. Upon seeing your expression, he laughed out, then held your hand in his. You felt safe at that moment.

"Don't worry, I am here, remember?" Giving his smile, he was about to continue his way back to your room while you screamed. He was shocked, turning back to see the ghost behind you.

"Ahhh!!!!" Hugging him instinctively, you closed your eyes and hoped that he would cut the ghost down. Sheathing his sword out, he went for the neck before a clash of metal was heard.

"Whoa! It's me, the crane!" 

Upon hearing the voice, you turned to look at the crane, who managed to stop the sword from cutting his head off using the scabbard of his own sword. While Kari was relieved that it wasn't the ghost, a vein popped from your temple. Half of your mind was glad that it wasn't the ghost, while the other half was furious that it was the stupid crane who was behind all this.

"TSURUMARU KUNINAGA!!" Shouting out his full name, you grabbed the wakizashi's sword and swung it at the now terrified crane who ran off before you started chasing him.

"Aruji... just hugged me for the first time..." His cheeks were slightly red, but they couldn't be seen thanks to the dim lighting around.

It was a fateful and dangerous night.
