Once the music had ended, the trio then bowed deeply before leaving the stage. As they walked down the stairs, they cheered and sat down, celebrating the achievement. All their hard work had finally paid off for the annual festival.
"Please give me your signature!" A staff went towards her and said while bowing down. In his hands were a notepad and a pen. Alarmed at his sudden confession, the sage smiled and signed on the paper before passing it back to him.
"Please perform for next year's festival too!" The man waved as he left, making the swords whine instead.
"Aruji! Why didn't he ask for my signature! I also performed!"
"Kiyomitsu, everyone knows Aruji but you and me. Don't think about it." Yasusada said while pushing the latter to the changing room as she went towards her room to change out her attire.

"Congratulations~!" Everyone cheered as they pulled the strings, launching the streamers from the poppers. This surprised the trio as they entered the citadel with wide smiles on their faces, heading straight to the cellar for the precious alcohol.
As she finished the last drop of wine from the bottle, she threw it aside as she shouted, "Alcohol~! Kashuu~!" The sword went towards her and shoved a cup into her hand, pouring sake from Jirou's jug. Doing likewise for himself, he knocked his cup into hers.
"Hey Kashuu~ I kind of miss being an idol... That feeling when everyone likes your performance and cheers ringing in my ears..." She said as she closed her eyes, imagining the times she performed throughout Japan, receiving praises and cheers from her fans.
But all it took was a false scandal with a famous male actor to end her career. She remembered the aggressive questions the media asked and the hate from his fans, spreading false rumours as well shortly after the scandal, leaving her agency no choice but to ask her to leave. They just could not afford to offend the actor's agency, being established ten years ago as compared to their short two years.
"All it matters is the present, Aruji~ You're our master..." Falling asleep after finishing his drink, the female glanced at Kashuu before laughing out loud, feeling ashamed at what she told him.
Yes, all it matters to her was her identity as their master in this citadel.
