Tomorrow, tomorrow
Time after time

Forever, I wanna be with you
Forever, I wanna be with you

From myself, to yourself

Listen to my yesterday
Fukyouwaon de Dear today
Nobody knows de yukuo,

Tomorrow.

(Tomorrow by Aoi Shouta- not owned by me, but let's pretend Maru wrote it.)

The recording of the percussion stopped as I stopped my hands from flying across the black and white keys once again. My swollen red fingers glare back at me, a sharp pain at each tip of my fingers. I turn on my phone to see the time to be 7:39 pm. 'I must've forgotten to set the timer again.'

It has been around one week since I stepped onto the host club, that entire week avoiding the host club, with an exception of Haruhi. Suoh still manages to find me and asks me the same question repeatedly, 'join the host club,' however, it now just sounds like a demand.

I sigh. I have been in the music room for hours now, all the way from around 10 am. The chairman excused me from my classes for the day to compose a song to keep my music scholarship, he is, after all, the only other who knew I was the 'prodigy child,' therefore knew I didn't really need to take classes anyway, but seeing it is a rare scholarship, and it is a school, I still need to take the tests at least.

'Ring!'

My bland ringtone rang like every other day when I over practiced or worked. If I didn't return at 5 pm, Kuro would call to ask of what excuse I have for not returning home at the normal time of 3 pm. And if I don't answer, Kuro would call ten minutes answer, even he learnt that I won't pick up until I've finished practicing, which today was an hour earlier than usual.

"Hel-"

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN CHILD?! Do you KNOW what time it is?! Are you STILL practicing?! You need a break once in a while gurl! But still, WHY STA-"

"I'm coming home now Kuro, just let me stop by the market for a sec to pick up ingredients for dinner. Is beef-curry noodle soup okay for today? I'll also pick up some of that French bread you like so much."

"...alright. Be careful Li-Maru."

"...bye Kuro."

I sighed as I covered the slick, black grand piano, careful of the few bleeding fingers as well. I stand up a bit too quickly, making a slight screech sound to echo the room. Walking over to my bag on the right side of the wall of music room 4, I can hear the slight creaking of the door a few feet away from where I was now crouched, putting on pre-prepared band-aids. I look up to see a pink rabbit. Tilted my head a bit higher.

"Hello, Ha-"

"You can call us by our host names, Honey and Takashi, or Mori!"

I nod.

"Well then, hello Honey and Mori. What are you doing at school so late." How disappointing. No matter how I tried to force it, I couldn't get any emotion of concern into my words when I can see me doing it in my head.

They shared a look before turning back to you.

"Me, Mori, and Usa-chan came to watch a play about 'The Princess and the Pea,' it was quite interesting, wasn't it Takashi?"

Honey hugged the pink bunny in his arms tighter, while Takashi only gave a nod as a agreement. Honey glanced at my hands with concern, Takashi following his gaze as well. But before one could speak, a new voice interrupted them.
