The phone rang making me take my eyes from the work i was doing in my laptop and look to my phone. I saw the caller ID and i got the chills because i knew who it was.

Ignored the call.

Once.

Twice.

Three times.

Four times.

Until i found myself ignoring the 20th call.

The phone stopped ringing and i thought he'd stop calling.

Until it rang again.

I should have changed my damn phone as soon as i moved here.

I picked it annoyed.

'What?', i said annoyed.

'We need to talk', he said with that annoying raspy voice.

'We don't, Jack. Leave me alone'.

I was about to hang up until i heard what i heard.

'What did you say?', as i wasn't sure of what i heard or i didn't wanted it to be real.

'I said, Cam is missing, Ade. M-I-S-S-I-N-G'.

'And what does that have to do with me?', i said careless even though inside it hit me like a truck and worry filled every inch of my heart. I shouldn't give a fuck about him anyways.

'Because he left you a damn letter before going to who knows were and-'.

'That's none of my business Jack. He's a big boy, he knows how to take care of himself. I don't want to read the letter, burn it or whatever, i don't care'.

'Too late, we're outside'.

'What?!', i said half whispering half yelling.

'Taylor, Hayes, Nash, Me. We're outside your door, so open the door and stop pretending you don't care when you know you do'.

As soon as those words left his mouth i wanted to slap that cockiness off his face.

I hung the phone ending the phone call and walked to the door. Seeing through the peep hole i noticed four dumb figures outside my door waiting for me to open up.

'Stop peeping through the peep hole and open the fuck up!', yelled Hayes which made me open jump in surprise.

If i open the door, i'm opening that door i thought i left back in Los Angeles. If i let him him, i'd be drawn in their plans on finding Cameron. He was their responsibility now, not mine.

But indeed, i couldn't pretend i didn't care. He was missing and that was a big deal. Just as Jack knew i'd do, i found myself opening the door and letting them in.

Not only letting Nash, Taylor, Hayes and Jack in, but my past and all the shit i went through. Again.

I opened the bloody door, again.
