When she arrived at the Weasley's home the evening of the last day of school, Emerson was amazed. Fred and George had told her not to expect much, but what she saw was beyond what she could have ever imagined.

The home was made of wood in rustic shades of gray and brown, reaching five stories high. Emerson learned that they also had an attic, where a ghoul lived.

Mrs Weasley was easily the kindest person Emerson had ever met. She, like all of the Weasley's, had fiery red curls and was a very short and plump woman. Though she was kind to Emerson, her personality was about as fiery as her hair. Mr Weasley was also very kind. The two of them spent much time during her first night there discussing what Emerson had learned in her Muggle Studies class.

Additionally, which was much to her liking, after the adults learned that she hated being referred to by her full name they only called her "Emery" for the rest of her stay.

She spent nearly all of her time with George and Fred, flying around the wide fields that surrounded the Burrow and playing their own game of Quidditch with an old deflated soccer ball that their cat chased around.

The week went by too soon for Emerson though. Exactly seven days after her arrival, her mother apparated back from Spain. Emerson really did not want to leave at all. Coralie promised Emerson that she could return to the Weasley's home again sometime during the holiday.

Emerson had only been home for three weeks and the only thing she wanted was to go back to the Burrow to see Fred and George. While she did like being home, she was quite lonely. Emerson had no siblings and Coralie spent most of her time at the Ministry, working in the Magical News Department.

The twins, Alicia, and Angelina wrote to Emerson a lot, but without their presense she remained completly and utterly bored.

On a hot Friday evening, Emerson raced downstairs, slipping multiple times on the hardwood floor in her socks, where she found Coralie working on dinner in the kitchen.

"Mum?" she approached her mother, casting intricate spells on the food she was making to make it all cook faster. "Has the post came?"

Coralie laughed and put her wand down, reaching for a large stack of mail on the counter. "Let's see... Angelina, Alicia, Fred, Angelina, George, Fred and George, Angelina — Merlin, Angelina needs to take a break from writing — and... Emery, who's Oliver?"

Emerson glanced towards the bundle of letters her mother held in the air. "Wait, who?" She reached for the mail, and sure enough, on the very bottom, was an envelope with Oliver Wood's return address.

For a moment, Emerson contemplated opening Oliver's letter. But she decided against it, worrying about what it would say, and instead opened the one addressed from both Fred and George.
