Chapter 3

Riley's POV:

After finding out we had VIP tickets, we pulled into the proper parking lot and sat in the car for a few minutes trying to calm ourselves down. We were gonna have a chance to meet the boys!! A few minutes later we had collected ourselves and got out of the car making sure not to slam the doors shut. When I Looked up I saw two guys from a far distance looking at my car and walk towards us. I couldn't tell who they were because they were too far away, but I looked at Anna and she looked at me and we both mouthed "Who the hell is that?" As the boys came closer we soon saw that it was actually whole team, and they were led by non other then their captain :Jamie Benn. Unable to move, we stood there what felt like hours, but was only a matter of minutes before the team came up to us by my car. Everyone stared and looked at each other for a few seconds before finally, Jason Demers spoke up. "Hey nice car, what kind?" "It's a 2018 mustang thanks." I replied. All of the guys eyes went wide as soon as the knew what it was and I was soon bombarded with questions about how I got it and if they could take pictures, when finally I heard the only voice who was quiet the entire time say "Guys, leave the poor girl alone, She probably wants to get inside, find her seat, get out of the cold, and watch her favorite guys win this game. The game that we all have to go in and get ready for right now actually." Tyler Seguin said. Jamie Benn then replied "Yeah guys we have to go."He then turned to look at us and said "How about you girls stay after the game and come see us in the locker room and we can talk about your car then." He had the most hopeful look in his eyes when he looked at me as he said it. I could never turn that face down. "Yeah thats cool but we already have pases to the locker room so we will meet you guys after the game." Anna said before I had a chance too. I just nodded along with everything she said. We then locked my car and started to walk away before Tyler yelled to us"Hey we don't even know your names" I then replied over my shoulder "I'm Riley and this is Anna, we will be right behind your bench so don't get too distracted or amazingness." Anna and I both laughed after my comment as well as most of the Stars team. Once we were safely inside we both started to freak out and calmed ourselves before we went to our seats. While we waited for warmup to start, we facetimed our friends and told them everything and showed them our seats. As soon as the boys got on the ice, we said goodbye and started to talk to each other while glancing once or twice at the boys who were also looking at us. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to tell them where we would be. While I was in a pretty heated discussion with Anna about having a Christmas party before heading home, we were interrupted by Tyler and Jamie. As soon as we looked at them they each gave us a puck with their signatures and skated off to finish warm up. The game was a pretty stressful one, but luckily we were able to pull through with an overtime goal from Tyler with an assist from Jamie. The boys won 4-3 and we both started to freak out about going to the locker room. What if we said something wrong or made a fool of ourselves. We both then decided that was either they liked us for who we are or they didn't like us at all. About 10 minutes later we headed down to the locker room and knocked before heading in.
