Chapter 4

Tyler POV:

As soon as we got off the bus we saw the most amazing car pull up right in front of one of the doors. Walking over there we then see the two most beautiful girls step out of it and look up at us before looking at each other. As we quickened our speed towards them, I was then able to see that one had very red hair and green eyes that were easy to see by the victory green Dallas jersey she had on. As we kept walking I thought she would be a really great friend, maybe she could be nice to add to our group. As we walked even closer, i looked at the driver and couldn't believe my eyes. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen she had shoulder length dirty blonde hair and green eyes as well. I couldn't keep my eyes off her and barely heard Jamie say, "Wow these girls are hot and they have a really nice car." I looked at him and just replied "Yep." As we reached the girls, it felt like hours before Demers says "Hey nice car, what kind?" the driver then replied "It's a 2018 mustang thanks." I was in awe. All the boys then started to bombard her with questions and I finally interrupted them saying "Guys, leave the poor girl alone, She probably wants to get inside, find her seat, get out of the cold, and watch her favorite guys win this game. The game that we all have to go in and get ready for right now actually." After Looking at Jamie he said "Yeah guys we have to go."He then turned to look at the 2 girls and said "How about you girls stay after the game and come see us in the locker room and we can talk about your car then." The redhead then told us they would and they walked away. Before they got to the door, I shouted at them "Hey we don't even know your names." The driver then turned around and said "I'm Riley and this is Anna, we will be right behind your bench so don't get too distracted or amazingness." We all erupted in laughter and ran inside to get changed. Once Jamie and I were finished getting dressed, we decided to sign pucks for the two of them and then we would sign their jerseys later. After staring at the girls for a few minutes we decided that it was time to give them their pucks. After interrupting their conversation, we gave them the pucks and went to finish warmup. The game was difficult but with my overtime goal we were able to beat the Bruins 4-3. As we skated off the ice, I started to get nervous. After taking a quick shower to calm my nerves and getting dressed pretty fast, we all heard a small knock on the door and saw it being pushed open.

Riley's POV:

After pushing open the door, we were welcomed with a chorus of hellos from all the guys, and before I could stop myself I said "You guys did really well, but I feel like your defense could have been better and if you all worked on some puck handling some more you could be a great team." Anna then said "Yeah i agree, plus you guys need to pass some more and try to not give away as many pucks." We both looked at each other realizing what we had just said we were about to apologize before Lindy Ruff said "Wow you girls really know your hockey I was gonna say the exact same thing." We turned around and started to apologize saying we were very out of line and that we would just leave before we offended anyone else when Jamie spoke up saying "No girls you were right those are the things we need to approve on and you didn't offend anyone at all. Thank you for the criticism. Now let's talk about your car Riley." As Jamie took me away, I saw Tyler go up to Anna and start to talk to her. After what felt like 4 hours, Jamie finally said"I like you, we are gonna be the bestest of friends give me your phone." Not knowing what to do i gave it to him and looked over to see that Tyler was doing the same thing as Jamie and Anna had looked over at me. As soon as the boys were done we had to leave to make sure we got back home and promised the boys that we would text them when we arrived. As they walked us to the car, Tyler opened the driver side door for me and asked for my phone as well. Giving it to him he quickly put in his number and said that he would talk to me soon. He then closed my door and we headed off towards our house.
