Chapter 32

Riley's POV:

We got to mini golf and as promised someone was waiting outside with a rose and what looked like another card. I ran up to Anna and gave her the biggest hug as if I hadn't seen her in months. She laughed and gave me a hug back and as we broke apart with tears on our faces, she handed me my card and my rose.

I knew that seeing your best friend and sending her on your journey with would make you happy, that is why she is here to play mini golf with you and Jamie. Have fun with the game and please beat the two of them because I don't think I could stand Jamie bragging about how he beat my girlfriend. At the end of the game someone will be waiting for you with your next clue. I love you forever and always.

I laughed and cried so more as I read the card and we all went inside afterwards to play a round of mini golf. It was a fun game and reminded me of when we went to play for the first time which only made me cry some more because all I wanted was to see my loving boyfriend. I tried to be as happy as possible when I played the game and by the last hole I was beating Jamie by one. Next thing I knew he got a hole in 1 and in order to beat him I needed a hole in 1 as well. I got ready to hit the ball and surprisingly I also got a hole in 1. Jamie threw down his club and kicked his feet like a small child. Both Anna and I started to jump up and down and laugh. We finished the game and walked back inside to give the guy our clubs and I was surprised to see my oldest sister Maggie standing with a card and a rose. I ran up to her and gave her a big hug since I hadn't seen her more than a year. Since she had left to go to the Olympics, her swimming career had taken off. She was now the record holder for the Women's 400 freestyle in both U.S. and Olympic history. Let's just say that was one of the best days of my life seeing my older sister standing on the podium with a gold medal hanging around her neck. She was now training for the World Championship and the next Olympics so I don't have much time to see her other than at meets. We broke away from the hug and she handed me my card and rose with a smile and a wink.

I know that you haven't seen your sister in a while because of her training so I figured why not bring her to you. Let's just say that I had to get rid of a favor but I wouldn't want to give up that favor for anyone else. I want you to spend as much girl time with your sister and your best friend so I am now relieving Jamie of his duties. I hope that you have fun dolling yourself up today. I want you to go to any store that you want and pick out the prettiest dress that you can find. Don't worry about the money I gave Maggie my card and she is in charge of making sure you don't worry about the money. I want you to know how much I love you so please listen to me. Iloev you and have fun.

P.S. Good job beating Jamie that hole in 1 was a great shot. His face was priceless.

I finish reading the note and see Jamie running for his life towards his car shouting "Thank the Lord I am finally free!" All us girls laughed and headed to to Maggie's car where we would head to my favorite store: Terry Costa.
