Chapter 7:

Riley's POV:

Flashback:

I was walking to class when he appeared out of nowhere. I've Always wanted to know what it would be like to be loved by the school's bad boy. John was the Captain of our high school football team and he was the hottest guy I have ever seen in my life. As he walk towards me I started to have trouble breathing. What does he want to do with me? He finally reached me started to make conversation like we have been friends our entire lives. I then heard the bell ring and told him I had to get to class. "Babe you don't have to go to class. Class is for the people who actually want to make something of their lives. You will never be anything so just stay here with me." I can't believe he just said that to me. Next thing I know he i pulling me out the school doors and is pulling me towards his car. I then asked him where we were going and he told me that we were heading to his house. He said his parents believed that I was his girlfriend and that I would have to pretend to be until he told me he was finished with me. When I asked him what made him think I would just follow his orders, he did the one thing that would kill me. He reached behind him and pulled out a gun, he said if I didn't do what he says my entire family would die and I would die a very painful death."I know what you said was your worst fear in 10th grade English. I'm here to make your worst fears possible." he told me. The rest of my senior year I had to follow him around pretending to be someone I wasn't. He forced me to drink and smoke. He drugged me so that I would do things with him. He was my bully.

Real World:

I never told Anna about John, I always made up excuses about why we couldn't hang out. Why was he sitting on my front porch with that stupid smirk on his face. I thought leaving Connecticut would be my escape from him. What does he want to do with me? With no chance of pulling out as he has already seen me, I reluctantly step out of my car and walk towards him. "Riley it has been a while hasn't it?" John said to me with a smirk. "Yeah and I liked it that way. What do you want? Have you come to threaten me again?" "No I want us to try and work out our troubles from the past. We were always so good together don't you think?" "No I don't. Get off my porch now. I never want to see you again. You ruined my senior year. I almost lost my best of you, you never cared about me or my feelings. All you cared about was yourself and that was it." "C'mon babe you loved me admit it." "No I didn't LEAVE ME ALONE!" "No!" He then came at me and told me to give him the keys to the apartment. He pushed me against the door and reached in my school bag when I didn't do it. Next thing I know he was forcing himself on me and had opened the door. He was about to bring me upstairs when all of a sudden someone grabbed him from behind and someone else punched him in the face. I immediately fell on my knees and the tears started to fall and wouldn't stop. I couldn't see who it was because I was too busy hysterically crying on the floor. I couldn't stop and all I could hear was people fighting and yelling at each other but I couldn't make anything out seeing as I was crying. Finally I heard the door being slammed shut and I heard Tyler say "Riley are you ok? Do you know who that was" unable to speak I just nodded my head. Next thing I knew I was being pulled to his lap and I just sat and cried on his lap what felt like hours before I was able to finally fall asleep.
