Faith (P.O.V.)
What a night it has been!
Who would have known so much could happen within one night?
I still can't believe Myra was behind all this.
I mean, Brittany was not a shock to me, but Myra seemed like a genuine person.
I still don't understand what she got from all this.
Money seems a little strange. How can it be the reason for everything she did?
"Faith, she's not there," Ray said, interrupting my thoughts.
"Who?" I asked.
"Myra's not in the room."
"What!?
"Yeah, she's gone. I checked everywhere, but I couldn't find her. As soon as she realized everybody was downstairs, she took advantage of the situation and escaped."
"I think it's weird how she did all this f-"
CLANG
Ray and I looked upstairs as soon as we heard that.
Ray looked back at me with widened eyes.
"Evan!" He said, running upstairs.
I followed him upstairs.
"Evan!" Ray yelled, knocking on the door of the room Evan locked himself in.
There is no reply.
All we hear is the sound of things breaking.
"Evan," Ray said again. "Are you okay?"
Evan still didn't reply.
He kept breaking everything.
"Is he okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, this is just his way to let off steam," Ray said.
"By breaking everything in your house?"
"Oh, Evan is naturally like this. He's always been like this. He lets off steam by breaking anything he can find."
"Wow, I guess."
Ray knocked on the room again, but there was no response.
"Uh...Evan, just..um...be careful..." He said.
Evan stopped.
The room got silent.
Ray sighed happily.
"Thank you for understanding, Evan." He said. "I thought you were going to destroy the room. Please just be careful. Especially with my mom's new white lam-"
CLANG
Ray sighed heavily.
"And there goes my mom's lamp." He said.
I frowned, biting my bottom lip.
I didn't know what to say to him.
Evan is destroying everything in his house and cannot do anything about it.
Thank god, I'm not associated with Evan Owens in that kind of way.
It's a relief because I can never tolerate him breaking everything in my house.
