Chapter 32

"JARVIS anytime now." Tony said.

"Ana stay out of this." Loki said through clenched teeth. Loki stomped over to Tony before I can react. He lifted Tony by the throat. "You will all fall before me." Loki seethed.

"Deploy." Tony choked out then repeated it. Loki threw Tony out through a window.

"No" I yelled as tears threatened my eyes. I saw the elevator open and I saw something shoot out from it hitting Loki to the ground and right after Tony. I rushed to look out the window. I sighed in relief when I saw his suit on him. He flew back up.

"Oh and theirs one more person you've pissed off. His name is Phil." Tony stated before blasting Loki back.

"Wait what happened to Phil?" I asked Tony as he swooped down and picked me up bridal style.

"No time." He stated. I looked up to the sky as the portal opened. "Right. Army." He muttered.

"Tony we have no time set me back down I will be fine." I told him. He didn't say anything. "Loki won't hurt me I promise you that. come on Tony." I heard him sigh as he set me down before taking off into the air as I saw explosions as he began to fight.

I saw things exploding from below. I turn back and march back to Loki who was standing up. I punched him as hard as I could muster in the face.

"Close the portal." I snapped.

"No" He said. I shoved him back.

"Close it Loki." I yelled. He growled before sweeping my feet from the ground causing me to fall he then pinned my arms above me.

"Don't you understand that I can't." He growled.

"There are innocent people down there Loki." I cried out. He released me. I pushed myself up as he backed away. His cape and helmet formed on him. He looked out the window as the Chitari attack. I sighed.

"You were never like this." I said softly.

"I don't...I don't even recognize you Loki. You are the complete opposite of who I knew...who I loved." I whispered the last part. I looked away from him.

After a few moments he spoke. 

"I can still be the man you once loved." Loki spoke with sincerity.

"Then prove it." I said getting closer to him. I gently cupped his cold face with my warm hands. I felt a tear slide down my face. "Please Loki. End this." I begged. He looked in pain.

"I can't." He stated. "I...I've made a deal with someone...and I can't take it back or they will kill me and everyone I've ever met." He told me as his eyes glazed over. I gently rubbed my thumb over his cheek.

"So there is no way to close it."

"No." He responded. I let go of his face.

"I know when you're lying Loki." I told him before stabbing him in the stomach with a glass shard. He glared at me. "What? You didn't see that coming?" I asked with a smirk before walking away from him.

"JARVIS." I said.

"Yes miss."

"I need a weapon. Any kind of weapon really."

"There are suits 3 stories down." He stated. I ran to the elevator.

"This suit is perfect." I stated looking at the black and red one. It was much more feminine.

"Miss I don't suggest that-"

"Hush JARVIS we don't have any time."

I was shakily flying in the air. Okay I can do this. I raised my hand and shot one of the Chitari. I managed to escape Loki when Thor came and Loki shot down a Quinn jet which contained Clint who wasn't in Loki's control anymore, Nat and Cap. They were all fine though.

I saw this huge monstrous thing come flying out of the portal.

"Stark you seeing this?" I for some reason can hear them talking.

"Seeing, still working on believing. Where's Banner has he shown up yet?"

"No." I stated.

"Ana?" I hear a bunch of voices say.

"Yes I'm still alive and thanks for the suit Tony." I said.

"Wait what- Ana you have to get out of that suit." Tony.

"What why? It works fine I even killed a Chitari or 12."

"Because I haven't worked out the bugs yet it can still malfunction." He stated as I shot several more Chitari.

"Okay well next time I will listen to JARVIS but right now I'm busy." I said before flying into another Chitari and throwing it off its thing it was flying on.
