"Flight 308. Flight 308 to London." The lady over stated over the loud speaker. Steve, Sam and I stood up prepared to board the plane.

I looked down  at my phone. I had 3 missed calls from Tony. Pressing decline I shut off my phone before following behind Steve and Sam.

I knew what Tony wanted to talk about with me but I also knew it would just start an argument between the both of us. In all honesty I don't agree with the accords. And I couldn't help but agree with what Steve has said.

The safest hands are still our own. I can't even deny that. I know that signing the Sokovia Accords may be the right thing to do but is it the best thing to do?

I sat besides Sam as the choir began. Steve and a few other men helped carry Peggy's casket down the isle of the church. After it was set down Steve walked over and sat next to me on my left.

I grabbed his hand giving it a reassuring squeeze. He offered a half smile before the priest spoke.

"And now I would like to invite Sharon Carter to come up and say a few words."

I watched as Sharon came into view. I didn't know she was related to Peggy. I nudged Steve and I saw his face slightly drop once he saw her.

"Margaret Carter was known most as a founder of SHIELD but I just knew her as Aunt Peggy." I looked over at Steve at his reaction to this. "She used to have a photograph in her office. Aunt Peggy standing next to JFK. As a kid that was pretty cool. But it was a lot to live up to which is why I never told anybody we were related." She says looking directly at Steve. "I asked her once how she managed to master diplomacy and espionage in a time no one wanted to see a woman succeed at either. And she said 'compromise when you can, where you can't don't. Even when everyone is telling you something wrong is something right even if the whole world is telling you to move, it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in the eye and say no, you move."

I went back to the hotel with Sam. I felt my phone vibrate in my purse. I took it out and it was Tony. I took a deep breath before answering the call.

"Hey." I said nonchalantly.

"You're not signing the accords??" Was the first thing he asked. I sighed.

"I'm sorry Tony but I just can't do it. I'm not signing the accords."

"Why?" He asked. I looked up at the tv my eyes widened.

"I have to go." I told him before hanging up. "Sam get Steve."

"On it." He said before leaving the room.

"A bomb hidden in a news van went through the UN building in Vienna. More then 70 people have been injured, at least 12 are dead, including Wakanta's King T'chakka. Officials have released video of a suspect as they identified as James Buchanan Barnes, The Winter Soldier. The infamous HYDRA agent linked to numerous acts of terrorism, political assassinations. Anyone with information-"

"I have to go to work." Sharon says after getting off the phone.

I Pulled the hat lower on my head before taking a sip of my coffee. I casually glanced over my shoulder just as Steve entered the cafe standing in between Sam and I.

"She tell you to stay out of it?" Sam asked. When Steve didn't answer it became pretty clear that's what Natasha said. "She has a point."

"He would do it for me." Steve claimed.

"1945 maybe.I just wanna make sure we consider all of our options. The people who shoot at you, usually wind up shooting at me." Steve smirked a bit.

"Tips have been pouring in since the footage went public. Everyone thinks The Winter Soldier goes to their gym, most of its noise. Except for this." Sharon quietly stated sliding a manila folder over. I slid it over to Steve. "My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now so that's all of that story that you're going to get."

"Thank you."

"You're gonna have to hurry. We have orders to shoot on sight." She says before walking away.

"Well this is going to be fun." I stated as I stood up from the chair.
