     I nearly anime fell out of my seat from Erwin's proposal. Nothing has freaking changed!! I thought that Erwin's proposal would get better since I'm here, but no!! It's still as bad!! "Hm? That's all?" Darius asked Erwin. "Yes sir. With Eren's power, we can retake Wall Maria. With Basilisk's power of controlling titans, she'll lead away all the regular titans from Eren, protecting him. If Eren loses control, she'll control him to do the rest of the work. We believe it's clear what our priorities should be." Erwin explains. Well... at least that's a little bit better... "I see... And where do you plan to begin this mission? Pixis, the Trost Wall has been completely sealed, correct?" Darius asked Pixis. "Yes, it can never be opened again." Pixis informed. "We would like to set out from Karnes, in the east. From there, we will proceed to Shinganshina. We will determine the route as we go." Erwin explained his plans. Some fat pig in the crowd got up. "Wait a minute!! Shouldn't we seal all the wall gates once and for all?! The Colossal Titan can only destroy the gates!! If we strengthen them, we needn't endure further attacks!!" The guy yelled. "Shut up, merchant dog!! With that titan's power, we can return to Wall Maria!! We can no longer indulge your delusions of grandeur!!" Some Survey Corps soldier yelled. "You talk a lot, pig." Levi said, glaring at the merchant. "Where is your proof that the titans will wait while we seal the gates. The 'we' you speak of are only those you wish to protect, your 'friends' who help line your pockets. The people who starve because there isn't enough land to sow don't even figure into the thoughts of you pigs." Levi said, glaring at the man. "Oooo, he got him." I whisper to Eren. "W-We just thought that we could survive by sealing the wall gates-" "Silence!!" The Wallist cuts off the pig. "Impious traitor!! Mere humans altering Wall Rose, walls that were a gift from God?! Can you truly see those walls, God's work far beyond human compatibles, and not understand!?" The wallist keeps talking about how holy the walls are, boring me. I heard loud taping resonating through the court, silencing everyone. "Silence. You man discuss your personal philosophies and opinions elsewhere. Jeager, I wish to confirm something." Darius said, then turning to Eren. "Can you continue to serve as a soldier, using your titan powers to benefit humanity?" Darius asked Eren. "Yes, I can!" Eren answered. "Oh? But the report on Trost's defense says this: 'Immediately after turning into a titan, he swung his fist at Mikasa Anckerman'." Darius said, skeptical. Eren turns to Mikasa with shock on his face. Mikasa hid the scar on her cheek and tchs at Rico. "You want me to lie in a report? Hiding the truth won't help humanity." Rico whispers to Mikasa. "Is Mikasa Anckerman present?" Darius asked. "Yes, that's me." Mikasa said respectfully, standing up. "You are Anckerman? Is it true that, as a titan, Jeager attacked you?" Darius asked Mikasa. Mikasa hesitated for a second before answering. "Yes, it's true." Mikasa answered truthfully and everyone in the room gasps. "But, on two previous occasions, Eren saved my life in his titan form. The first time, mere seconds before a titan would have had me in it's grasp, he stood between us, protecting me. The second time, he saved Basil, Armin, and me from a HE shell. I would like these facts to be considered as well." Mikasa added. "I object." Nile said, standing up. I sneer at him as he starts talking. "I believe these comments are greatly colored by her personal feelings. At an early age, Mikasa Anckerman lost her parents, and was taken in by the Jeager household. Our investigation has revealed a surprising fact about the underlying events. At the age of nine, Eren Jeager and Mikasa Anckerman killed three robbers who tried to kidnap her. Even if it was self defense, I must question their fundamental humanity. Is it right to entrust humanity's fate, resources, and lives to him? I can understand that witch over there, but this monster?" Nile finished, causing people to whisper among themselves. "That's right!" "He's just a titan that infiltrated us by pretending to be a child!" The same pig that was talking about enforcing the walls, points at Mikasa. "So is she!! Do we know she's human?" "That's right! Just to be safe, we should dissect her!!" Eren jerks his head to the people who said that. "Wait!! I may be a monster, but she has nothing to do with it!! Nothing at all!!" Eren defended Mikasa. "We can't trust that!!" Some man yelled. "It's the truth!!" I yelled. "You two are covering for her, that means she's one of you titans!!" "Or maybe a witch like that bitch over there!" They argued. "NO!!" Eren yelled, pulling on his chains making a loud clang, silencing everyone. "I mean.... You are wrong. But you're coming up with theories that fit whatever it suits you to think." Eren said, calming down. "What did you say!?" Nile yelled. "Besides, all of you people.... you've never even seen a titan! What are you so afraid of?" Eren hesitated for a moment, pondering whether he should go on or not. "What is the point if those with the means and power do not fight? If you're afraid to fight for survival, then help us!! You... cowards!" Eren yelled. "What!?" Nile yelled. Steam comes out of Eren's body as he got more into it. "JUST SHUT UP AND BET EVERYTHING YOU HAVE ON US!!!" Eren yelled. Everyone went silent. "Weapons ready!" Nile commands and the guy next to him, who had a gun, answers with a yessir. He aims the gun at Eren and he gasps. There was only one thing that could be heard in the room, and that was not a gunshot, but the sound of a boot hitting skin.
