Packing . . . Sort Of

*Riot's POV*

It's September now and the guys have only been gone for a week and I'm going insane without them. I talked to Andy at least twice a day, sometimes more, but it's still tough without him. All I've been doing all week is lying on the couch and eating nutella out of the jar with a spoon. Sometimes I'd watch "Doctor Who," "Spongebob," "Face Off" and just random shows I usually don't watch. I didn't really pay attention to them so it didn't matter what was on.

Echo tried to go through her closet, but lost all of her motivation half an hour later. She grabbed a spoon and started eating nutella with me on the couch. We put on some Disney movies, but never really paid any attention to them.

For the past two or three days, I've been feeling kind of sick to my stomach. I haven't been able to eat much, so I just stuck to my nutella and some apple juice. Echo was eating a little more, which I thought was good. I guess CC convinced her to because of the baby and all. Andy's been trying to get me to eat, but I just haven't been able to. I've been getting hot flashes, too. I really hope I'm not coming down with something again.

"Hey, you want some popcorn?" Echo asked me as she got up off the couch and walked to the kitchen. I listened as my stomach growled and giggled a bit,

"Yeah, okay. Sounds yummy. As long as you put extra salt on it!"

"Ew. Fine, you can have a separate bowl." I turned around and watched Echo make popcorn on the stove and put it into two separate bowls. Hers was red and mine was purple. She put a little bit of salt on her bowl and a little on mine.

"More." I said. "I want more."

"What? Oh, right." She sighed and put a little more salt on the popcorn in my purple bowl, but it still didn't feel like enough.

"More!" I said. "Ugh, just let me do it!" I got up off the couch and held my hand out as I walked towards Echo. I got light-headed halfway there and almost fell over, but caught myself on the counter. Echo made sure I was okay before handing me the salt shaker and watching me pour a ridiculous amount of salt onto my popcorn.

"Ewwww! How do you even stomach that?!" Echo made gagging noises and smiled at me as she walked back to the couch and put on "Monsters Inc.". I followed her and we sat on the couch to watch it.

At the part where the big spider monster guy throws Mike and Sully through the door to the really snowy place and they meet the abominable snow-guy thing, my phone rang. I leaned forward and set my empty bowl on the table and picked up my phone. Andy was calling and I smiled when I answered the phone.

"Hey, babe! What's up?"

"Nothing. Just missed the sound of your voice." I could hear the smile in his voice. "So what are you and Echo doing?"

"Watching Monsters Inc. Eating popcorn. The usual." I giggled and he laughed. "Thanks for calling. I really needed to hear your voice again."

"Sure thing. So, have you guys started packing yet? Just wondering."

I hesitated slightly and looked at Echo. She was absorbed in the movie and wasn't paying much attention to anything else."I'll take that as a 'no'." Andy said with a sigh.

"Sorry, boo. We just haven't had any motivation to do anything since you left. I've been sitting here eating nutella all week." I heard him sigh again and then chuckle. My stomach rumbled and I started to feel sick. I ignored it and kept talking to Andy.

"Well, it's nearly midnight here. I hate the time difference. It's . . . Awkward. Plus everyone here has accents and they're hard to understand."

I giggled and my stomach rumbled again. I lurched forward off of the couch and dropped my phone on the floor. "Riot!?" I heard Echo call. She followed me as I ran to the bathroom and sat on the floor in front of the toilet. "Riot, are you okay? No, Andy, she ran to the bathroom. Yeah, I'll have her call you back. Bye."

I closed my eyes and . . . Well, you all know what happens. It was mostly dry-heaving since the only thing in my stomach was popcorn and nutella. There was some blood at one point, I think. I'm not really sure because I was just really dizzy. When my stomach finally settled, I put my forehead on the cold ground and just concentrated on breathing.

I must have falled asleep because when I opened my eyes, there was a towel under my head. I stood up and walked to the kitchen to get some water. Echo was sleeping on the couch and "Teen Titans" was on tv. The one with the creepy British guy. Mad Mod I think is his name. He as always one of my favorites.

I grabbed my bottle of water and sat on the floor to watch TV for a little. When I checked the clock, it said it was twelve-forty-two. I sighed and tried to do the math to see what time it was where Andy was. Nearly seven in the morning I calculated and sighed again. I guess calling him was ruled out.

I watched "Teen Titans" for a little bit and then ended up watching "Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends". When I looked at the clock again, it was almost four in the morning. I could barely keep my eyes open, so I got up off the floor and walked to my room. I collapsed onto my bed and it took almost an hour to fall asleep. My stomach still felt funny, but I finally managed to sleep.

I had weird dreams about Andy and Ashley. They were looking for something. Then they were fixing things. Then they were holding something in a purple blanket. Then I just saw Ashley with a lamp shade over his head.

I swear my dreams are a symbol of how insane I really am.
