Chapter 14 ~ Congratulations

Oliver's POV

I walked back to my bus after taking Veronica back to hers, of course I saw Vic standing there so it proved to be the perfect opportunity to kiss her; and it was, the look on his face was priceless, I struggled to hold in my laugh. When I got back I was greeted by the rest of the guys who told me we had a signing to get to in half an hour. I nodded and made my way back to the bathroom, taking a long hot shower. "Oli? Can you come out here for a sec!" Jordan shouted interrupting my relaxing shower. I groaned and got out, throwing on my previous clothes. I opened the door to see four grinning faces looking back at me. I rolled my eyes "What do you wankers want?" I sighed.

The mini crowd dispersed to see Tom standing there beaming back at me. I froze and shook my head trying to make sense of the unexpected appearance. "What are you doing here?!" I asked as I moved over to my brother who gave me a hug, "It's been forever!" I said, a bit louder than I intended.

"It's been a week Oliver" Tom laughed at me followed by the whole bus. I tried to think of a way to prove my statement right but I couldn't, it had only been a week, a bloody long one. "We'll leave you to it" Lee said, gesturing to the guys to leave us alone and winking over at Tom, what was going on? I shifted nervously from one foot to another, we walked over to the lounge. "So what's going on?" I raised my eyebrow in question. He let slip a secretive smile,  "Lana and I..." he trailed off "We're getting married!" he beamed.

"Nice one mate, congratulations!" I laughed "Who would of thought my younger brother would get married before me" he laughed and nodded. "Have you told V yet?" 

"Yeah, Lana's over there now", I hoped she'd of come by but I understood she'd rather see her sister for the first time in 6 years. When Veronica left, Lana and I became close, I looked out for her alot; just like an older brother. I nodded and pulled out two beers for Tom and I. We sat and talked for a while before a young woman lively bounced into the bus, my eyes lit up as Lana raced over and wrapped me into a hug. "Hey little lady, wondered where you got to!" she giggled grabbing my beer bottle and taking a long drink before making her way over to Tom and planting a peck on his lips. We talked a little more before my band emerged from the back lounge. "Sorry to interrupt mate but signing..." Vegan mentioned. I gave them a solemn nod

I told Tom and Lana I'd see them later and walked off the bus over to the signing tent.

The signing was finished and I glanced down at my watch, I had five minutes before V's set started. I excused myself and made my way over to the main stage. "Hey you know Veronica right?" a voice said, I nodded slowly to the man wondering who he was, he stuck out his hand which I shook "Ben, I'm in The Pretty Reckless"

"Oliver, Bring Me The Horizon" 

"Okay great Oliver, I just wondered if you'd seen Veronica? We have a set in a few and she's nowhere to be found.." Ben trailed off 

"about an hour ago, I walked her back to your bus. I heard she was with her sister, have you asked her?" he shook his head and worry crossed his eyes "I'll keep my eye out" I smiled 

"Thank you!" he beamed "If you find her can you tell her that she has an interview afterwards?" I nodded and walked away. I searched for her a while before making my way back to the main stage, she'd probably be there by now, she wouldn't miss her first set at warped tour.  Sure enough I saw her on stage. I walked backstage and stood watching her sing. "This goes out to someone I hurt, I'm sorry, we all make mistakes" she said into the mic, what was she on about? She hadn't hurt me? Realisation dawned on me and in that moment I knew she was talking about Vic.

"I know I fucked up this time

Just give me one more try

When I was lying on the floor

I couldn't believe you wouldn't save me

But you blame me" she sang, this is what she felt? I was just a mistake? I watched the look of shock rush over her face as she knew I was standing there, she flashed a quick smile. Was she for real? I stormed off in no particular direction, I just had to get away from her. I was a mistake, she called me a mistake. I let her fuck me when she clearly had no intentions of ever being with me, she liked Vic. Well he was welcome to her in my opinion.

Veronica's POV

"W-what do you want Sam?" I stuttered, he stood up and walked around to the back of me, I couldn't move, I was completely frozen. He moved my hair and I could feel him breathe on my neck. "Nothing" he whispered. I tensed up and he backed away. "Just decided to drop by, see how everyone was. Is Oli here?" why was he acting like everything was okay? like nothing had happened. I shook my head, I wasn't going to drop him in it. I felt a hand collide with my cheek sending me to the floor, I gasped out in shock and pain. "liar!" he screamed and I felt a tear drop from my eye. He stepped over me, shoving his foot into my stomach which made me cry out in pain. "Don't lie to me again" he spat as he made his way out of the door. My phone was going off and I groaned, lifting myself up.

Mark: Interview in five, don't forget!

I sighed and left the bus, making my way over to the tent that held embarrassing moments of Vic's earlier interview.

The interview was long and boring, I did my best to avoid all questions about Vic and the occasional one about Oliver, it was nothing to do with them and let's face it, there was nothing going on between any of us anyway, I had managed to make sure of that.

A/N I just wondered if you wanted Veronica and Vic to have a relationship or hook up a few times? idk, this is an Oliver Sykes fanfiction so they'll obviously end up together. I just didn't know if you wanted them to go their own ways for a while? help would be really appreciated!

Sorry this is short and a really bad chapter, it's a filler! I'm writing the next update now so it'll most likely be up later tonight!
