[ So sorry for taking so long! I get lazy often! And again I'm sorry this Ida short chapter! I just thought that I should put up something since its been 24 days since the last update! But don't worry I have plans on what's going to happen next. BIG PLANS! ]
Chapter 34:
"Babe... Baby.. Alex.. Wake up Alex.." I heard in small whispers as I opened my eyes. I was still in Harry's arms. I glanced at the TV screen to see that the movie's credits were rolling.
"Did I miss the movie?" I asked rubbing my eyes.
"Mhm." He chuckled.
"Sorry." I giggled as I stood up. "Is is carnival time?"
Harry smiled at me and nodded his head. He got up along with me and took my hand leading me to the door.i smiled and walked with him and he guided us out the door and into his car.
"How far is this carnival?" I asked after 15 minutes of hating and driving.
"Not too much farther." He said before shooting me a smirk. "Eager are we?"
I smiled and crossed my arms over my chest. "Maybe." I said fighting a smile and looking out of the window.
"We're here!" He said as he parked and took the key out of the ignition. I smiled and excitedly exited the vehicle when harry met me on my side. He laced his fingers with mine and we began walking.
We passed little tents selling cotton candy and game tents where you could win stuffed animals. I glanced over at one of the big teddy bears only for a second, thinking how cute and cliche it would be if he won me one. Harry must've saw the way has looking at te bear, because before I knew it, harry was at the tent learning the rules of the game. I laughed a little and walked over with him to the tent.
"Knock down all three penguins and get the prize for the lovely lady!" The carnival worker barked. Harry smirked at me and took one ball in his hand. He clutched it tight in his fist and threw it with maybe a little too much force. He knocked down two with one ball. Even harry was a tad surprised. He then took his second ball an knocked the third penguin with little effort. As I watched him throw the ball, I admired the way the muscles in his back moved and worked, loving the sight. I walked up to him and rubbed my hand between his shoulder blades slowly and then wrapped my arms around his waist from behind him. He shivered a little at my touch but reached around and pulled me in front of him. He smiled and handed me a stuffed bear that was about my size.
"Jesus Harry!" I said in shock. "This bear is huge!" I said with a bright smile. He smiled wide seeing my reaction.
"I'm glad you like it." He said. I smiled back and tried to pick it up but it was a little harder than I would've liked. He laughed throwing his head back and clapping. "Should we put it in the car?" He asked as he watched me struggled with amusement. "Yes please." I responded as I pushed. The bear in defeat.
After we put the bear in the back seat of Harry's car, we walked back to the carnival for more fun.
"That bear is really nice harry, thank you." I said glancing up at him. He smiled and shook his head. "Don't thank me. It was my pleasure." He said bringing me close and kissing me.
"Now I owe you. I'm going to win you something now." I said walking over to a game tent.
"But then I'll have to win you something to make it even again!" He said as he chased after me.
"Nope I owe you. I'm doing it." I said smirking. I actually did end up winning him something. I won him a superman cape which I insisted he put on immediately. He did and took a superman pose causing me to burst into laughter.
"Thanks babe. But now I owe you!" He said running to another game tent. That's how the majority of the day was spent. Just winning each other prizes. At the end of this competition neither of us knew who won, we just knew that each of us had a good 15 nicknacks from this carnival that we would treasure.
"Wait wait!" I yelled as harry was making his way to the car.
"Babe I can't play another carnival game. I'll explode." He said in a drowsy voice.
"No no. The Ferris wheel!" I said pointing. Harry smiled weakly and rolled his eyes.
"Alright. Ferris wheel here we come."
"YAY!" I shouted taking his hand and towing him behind me. It had to be about 1 in the morning so they were about to close up.
"Wait wait please just let us on! Please! Just one go around!" I begged the carny who was in the middle of closing up the Ferris wheel. She looked at both of us and smiled before rolling her eyes
"You too are lucky I'm a sucker for young love." She said as she opened the gate and allowed us onto the ride.
"Thank you!" I yelled as harry paid for us to ride. I say on the left and harry sat on the right as the wheel began to bring us up. I looked over the entire carnival. The lights in the dark park looked amazing. Like little fireflies lighting up a dark field. Although we sadly missed the sunset, we could see the stars. They were beautiful. Everything just seemed perfect up there. It's like you are frozen it time for a moment and nothing matters. Or maybe harry grabbing my face gently in his hands and kissing unexpectedly is what brought those feelings.
Harry pulled away and I watched him smile and fix his hair. He leaned back and watched me as I watched him. "What are you looking at?" He asked me. I leaned over and kissed his nose. "You silly." I said laying in his arms and the ride came to a close.
We both got up from the seat and thanked the woman who let us on. The car ride was silent but only because I was tired and went to sleep again.
I woke up to Harrys gentle arms carrying me up to my porch and setting me down.
"Good morning sleeping beauty." He said kissing my forehead. I smiled and kissed his lips quickly as I stoop up straight.
"I had an amazing time tonight. Thank you." I said wrapping my arms around his neck. He put his hands on my waist on pulled me closer.
"I did too. Now I'm keeping your stuffed animals hostage so you have no choice but to see me again if you want to see Beary!" He said mischievously. I chuckled and agreed.
"I'll see you tomorrow at school. Love you baby." He said kissing my lips.
"Love you too."
