Ash's POV

The last thing I remembered was being shot on the leg with a needle, men dragging me to an unfamiliar house, me drifting off to sleep and hearing that voice.

That voice, who was that? And why do I crave it so much?

I slowly opened my eyes only to be greeted by the sun's extreme brightness. I quickly covered my eyes with my hand, trying to adjust to the sudden brightness.

I looked around and noticed that I wasn't in that girly room in my Aunt's house anymore. Where am I?

I was currently lying down on a navy blue king size bed with red pillows. The room was huge, expensive furniture displayed everywhere, giving it a mysterious vibe. The walls were painted with a dark plum color, making the room appear gothic.

A smile immediately lit up on my face since I am a fan of dark color. My room back then was something like this. The colors of my walls, my bed, and almost everything were tinted with dark colors.

But whose room was I in? Is this another room of Aunt Marie Jane's house? Probably not since I can't detect any scent of her here.

My eyes then widened as I inhaled the most amazing scent I have ever smelled in my entire life. It was a mix of peppermint and plum. I suddenly wanted more of this scent.

I inhaled the pillows and the bed sheet, damn, the whole room is covered with this scent and I can't help but smile for I have never inhaled something so wonderful.

I stayed on bed for another 30 minutes, just inhaling the scent and staying on bed, admiring the room as if it was my own.

After half an hour of just doing nothing, I got out of bed and went to the bathroom.

Wow, this bathroom is huge! There was even a bathtub! A huge one I must say.

I looked at the mirror and saw that my eyes look different. It looks like it shined brighter, making my eyes pop. My cheeks were also rosy probably since I was happy. Why was I happy? Well, I woke up to a super comfy bed in a huge luxurious room with an amazing scent that made me craved for more, who wouldn't be happy with that?

I looked at the mirror again, but quickly noticed something.

Wait a minute, wasn't I wearing the mask last night? Where is it?

I looked at myself again and saw that I was no longer wearing the mask.

Oh no, oh no, oh no. Where is it? Did those men get it? I am so screwed.

I then ran back to the bed and checked the whole room for any sign of the mask, but unfortunately, I still can't find it.

I started panicking, thinking that those men who dragged me took it.

Relax, the mask is still with us.

Asprin, is that you? Or is it Mia?

It's Asprin and Mia. But don't worry, you don't have to call us Mia anymore. We talked about it and we made a decision that you can just call us Asprin, not Mia anymore. And the mask is still with us. Look at your left wrist.

I looked at my left wrist and saw that it was a bracelet.

Is this the mask?

Yes, now you are to not remove the bracelet. Ever. No matter the situation, got it? Oh and we can still mask our scent, but only if you want to.
