•TWO MONTHS LATER•

We've been on tour for two months now. Literally, this tour has been so much fun and I'm glad we still have one more month. Sarah and I have grown really close which is awesome.

I grown and shift in my bunk. I can't sleep. I grab my phone to find that it is two in the morning. Great. I sigh and sit up. Maybe if I get a snack, I can go to sleep easier. I slip out of my bunk to find Brendon's curtain open and him not in his bunk. Time to investigate, detective Sydney's on the loose.

I look to my right to find the back lounge light on, it shined through the bottom of the door. I slowly press the button and the door opens. There sat Brendon, starring at a little dark blue box. He jumps and quickly tucks it away before looking at me.

"Syd, what are you doing up?" He asks me.

"I couldn't sleep, why are you up?" I ask him. He looks away for a minutes. "Brendon?" He looks down and sighs. "Brendon, are you okay?" I ask him.

"Syd, why don't you have a seat. I want to talk to you about something." He says, patting the spot next to him. I nod suspiciously and take the seat.

"Is everything okay?" I ask and he hesitantly pulls out the little blue box. He sighs and looks at me. "Brendon, what is this?" I ask.

"Sydney, I want to propose to Sarah." He says, opening the box to reveal a beautiful ring. I gasp and look back at him. I was about to say something but he cuts me off. "I'm sorry, I wanted to tell you sooner but I got nervous." He says. "Are you okay with it?" I was about to say something but he cuts me off again. "I mean, if you're not that's okay-" I put my hand on his knee and stop him.

"Brendon no, I'm totally fine with it. This is...amazing." I say smiling. "Can I-" I point at the ring.

"Yeah, of course." He hands me the box and I look closely at the ring. It's absolutely breathtaking. "Do you think she'll like it?" He asks.

"Brendon, she's going to love it." I say, smiling and handing him back the box. "When are you proposing to her?" He closes the box and looks down at it, running his thumb over the case.

"I want to do it during the next show." He says, smiling. "Syd, I love her." He stares at the box. "I want to spend the rest of my life with her. I want us all to be a family. I want Sarah to be your mother." He says and I smile.

"I would love for Sarah to be my mother Brendon. I'm just glad that you found someone like her." I say yawning, putting my head on his shoulder. He puts his arm around me and pulls me close.

"Just think about it Syd. We will be a family. A mom, a dad, a kid," He says, patting my shoulder softly. "and two dogs." I yawn again.

"I guess that makes me the baby?" I say, my eyes growing heavy. He sighs and smiles down at me. He then looks back at the box in his free hand.

"We'll be a little family." He says, and that was the last thing I heard before dozing off.

Then I feel myself being placed into my bunk and being tucked in softly. I crack open my eyes slightly to see Brendon at Sarah's bunk, caressing her far and pushing her hair aside. Then, I drift to sleep.

THE MORNING•

"Give me back my phone Ryan!" Brendon shouts and I jump awake. The bus shakes as they stomp around.

"Not until you give me back mine!" He says with a small laugh. There was silence for a moment before I hear someone go crashing to the ground. Brendon let's out a low chuckle and Sarah let's put a groan.

"Ryan, give Brendon back his phone. Brendon, give Ryan back his phone. Everybody shut up and sit down, I have a stomach ache." She says. Everybody goes quiet and I slip out of my bunk.

"Hello everybody." I say, walking over to the coffee machine. "I have arisen." I say. Brendon way really happy this morning. I can see why, I mean he is going to propose to Sarah tonight.

"Hey kid!" Brendon says happily, pulling me into a tight hug.

"Hey girlie." Sarah says, laying back down on the couch. Her baggy polka-dotted blouse and black jeans went well with her brown hair with small blonde highlights. Brendon pulls away and smiles down at me. I wonder if he had told the guys that he was proposing to her? Let's just say that tonight is going to be eventful.

Fast forward to sound check and there I sat on Brendon's amp, tuning one of Ryan's guitars. Brendon walks over, turning his golden mic over in his hands.

"Do did you tell the guys?" I ask him since Sarah was still on the bus. He stops and runs a hand though his hair

"Ahhh, shit." He says, looking at the guys. I giggle and finish tuning the guitar. "Hey guys? I want to talk to you all about something." He says. Spencer jumps down from the drum riser and the others walk over, including Zack.

"What's up dude?" Spencer asks. Brendon reaches into his back pocket and pulls out the box.

"I'm going to be proposing to Sarah at the end of the set. Like, right after the special song." He says.

"The special song?" I ask.

"I wrote a song about Sarah and the guys learned it." He says with a smile. I smile back and strum the guitar, softly.

"Cool, what's it called?" I ask, retuning the A string.

"Sarah Smiles." He says with a small little grin. My heart, it can't take it. This is too cute.

"Brendon, that's amazing." I say, handing the guitar it Danny the guitar tech. He hands me the next guitar and get to work. "I'd love to hear it." I say. Brendon looks at the guys.

"You guys want to practice it?" He asks them and they nod. He wrote a song about her, this is adorable. My poor little heart ships this way too hard.
