"Agh, I don't like the straps though." Sarah says, spinning in one of the wedding dresses she was trying on. She picked me to go wedding dress shopping with. We have been back from tour for about two weeks now and Sarah didn't hesitate to start planning the wedding. She wants it to be as soon as possible. We are positive it's going to be in April. Since she's three months pregnant, her baby bump is just barely showing.

"Yeah, they kinda look weird." I keep looking through the racks as she takes it off and grabs another one.

"Also, some of these won't look that good on a woman who is six moths pregnant." She says with a chuckle.

"True. There are some that just look like, blah." I say, pulling out one that was a mermaid style. It had an illusion lace material above the breast and it was fanned out at the very bottom. I gasp and hold it out. "Oh my god." I say out loud. Sarah peaks her head out from behind the light pink changing divider.

"What?" She asks, her curled hair bounces and a smile sports her lips. I lift the dress up and point at it.

"Oh my god." I repeat and she gasps.

"Oh my god, bring it over." She says, wiggling her hand at me. I hand it over to her and she quickly pulls it on, zipping it up by herself. "Oh my god." She says. "Sydney come here!" She says, waving me over. I walk behind the divider and find her in the beautiful dress. She was looking in the mirror and smiling.

"Syd, I think this is the one." She says, turning to me.

"Sarah, you look so pretty in it, I think it is the one." I say and she smiles. She all of a sudden hugs me.

"Thank you for coming with me." She says, pulling away and putting her hands on my shoulders. "I would of never looked at this dress. Syd, this is beautiful." She spins in a circle, looking in the mirror. "Oh! And look how it flows! This is amazing!" She giggles and spins again. That's it, that's the dress.

THREE HOURS LATER•

"I just don't get men, you know?" Sarah says as we arrived at a stoplight. She takes a sip of her Starbucks and I take a sip of mine. We were talking about how annoying Brendon can be.

"Ugh I know right?" I giggle and push up my sunglasses. She laughs too and turns to me.

"You know what? This feels more like a friendship, you and me." She says. "Like, look at us. Driving through LA, sipping on Starbucks, gossiping about boys. In three months I'm going to be your mother." She says. Wow, she is going to be my mother.

"Dude, that's insane." I say. "And I'm going to be a big sister." I say, smiling and looking out the window. We pulled up to the house and got out, leaving the dress in the car. We walk through the door and Brendon was happily standing there.

"Guess what?" He asks me as he hugs Sarah.

"What?" I reply. He pulls away from her and pulls something off the counter. It was a CD.

"This right here is the first copy of Death Of A Batchelor. Complete and in its utter beauty." He says, smiling. I gasp and take it from home. Turning the CD holder over in my hands. The cover was of Brendon laying on the roof but everything had a colorful outline. "And, it's yours." He says. I look up at him.

"I get the first copy?!" I ask excitedly. He nods and wraps his arm around Sarah's waist.

"Yep, the very first." He says, smiling. "The release date is in three days, so the rest of the world has to wait." He says smiling at my excitement.

"I'm inviting Charlie and Karen over." I say, running towards the stairs.

"Don't show them it yet!" He shouts. I giggle and open the door to my room.

"Too bad, I'm showing it to them." I say, he laughs as I close my door. I call both of them and demand that they come over. I didn't tell them why though. A few minutes later, Brendon knocked on my door and opened it.

"Hey, Sarah and I are going to go look at baby stuff." He says. "Don't do anything stupid when we're gone, get what I'm saying young lady?" I sigh.

"Dad, I'm not stupid." I say as he closes the door.

"Love you!" He shouts and I hear the front door slam shut. I pick up the album and look down at it. Although I helped record most of the guitar parts. I haven't heard the complete songs besides Hallelujah, Death Of A Bachelor, and Emperors New Clothes. I actually never ended up being in the music video but I did help direct it. I hear the doorbell ring and I jump off my bed, taking the album with me. I run down the stairs and to the door.

I open it to find Charlie and Karen. They walk in and Charlie gives me a quick kiss.

"So why are we here?" Karen asks. I smile and slowly lift the album up. They both gasp.

"Is that..." Charlie trails off. "It's done?" He asks.

"Yep and its official out in three days but this is the very first copy." I say. Karen grabs it from my hands and giggles.

"I feel like I shouldn't be holding this." She says, turning it over and giggling some more. Charlie pried the album from her grip and looks at it smiling.

"So can we listen to it?" He asks, smiling over at me.

"Yeah, we have amazing speakers in the studio. We can listen to it in there." I offer. They take the offer and we run to the studios, laughing like idiots. I was excited to see how it turned out.

I quickly put the cd in and sit on the couch with everyone. I turned up the speakers and pressed play. We were then absorbed into the music, me freaking out.
