"Nick you're blowing it out of proportion!" Vanessa whined stomping her feet about while her arms were crossed against her chest, Nick knew what she was trying to do.

She was trying to be cute so that he could agree.

But he shook his head, "NoPe." He put emphasis on the "P" before taking another drink from his water bottle.

"Nick!" She pouted, batting her dolly lashes at him in hopes of convincing him.

"Vanessa." He said sternly opening the pantry above the stove in the kitchen.

"Please I'll do anything!" She cried hugging him from behind and attempting to sway him about but didn't succeed.

"I just don't want too Ness, shit."

Letting go of him she groaned in frustration and annoyance. Sometimes she wish Nick would just stop being so stubborn.

Giving in Nick looked at her eye to eye which was difficult considering she was so short that it was funny to him.

"You said you'll do anything?" He raised a brow, nervously she nodded her head in uncertainty knowing his demand would be something she would be iffy about.

"Fine," He agreed, Smirking he just looked at her deviously deciding what he wanted Vanessa to do for him, "You have to let Johnny come along." He ruffled her hair to mess it up everywhere just to piss her off even more.

Vanessa's mouth fell wide open, she smacked Nick's hands away which he just laughed at.

Suddenly Johnny appeared in the kitchen as well, a video game controller in his hand and his headset on, "I heard my name." He said moving the headset down to his neck with his hand.

Vanessa rolled her eyes, "Fine, he can come but he has to bring a date, he can't third wheel it with us like always."

"Or you can find a date because Johnny is my date." Nick said jokingly patting his bestfriend on the shoulder.

Johnny nodded before snapping his fingers in Vanessa's face.

"You guys are so stupid." She grumbled under her breath as she was walking out of the kitchen and dining area.

Nick smiled ominously and shook his head, "Ready?" He asked Johnny who was shutting off his control and headset, setting them down on the granite counter top he nodded as Nick motioned with his head to follow him.

"Why is she always on my case for being single, like why is she so worried about it?" Johnny asked Nick as the two walked down the pathway to the porch of the large mansion.

"She's tired of you being a third wheel?" Nick replied motioning Johnny to follow him to the side of the house where dead roses were laid upon the wall, stringing between a fence that was also against the wall.

"Are we climbing this shit? Why don't we just ring the doorbell?" Johnny asked watching Nick get his footing on the fence, hoisting himself up with his upper body strength Nick caught onto a ledge of a window right next to his target balcony and once again pulled himself further up trying to reach for the metal bars on the balcony.

"It's easy." Nick replied between unconvincing grunts as he finally got a firm grip on the balcony bars with his right hand, letting go of the ledge he dangled for a bit before getting a hold of it with his left hand.

Johnny watched to see how Nick was doing it and being an healthy athlete himself unlike Nick he thought he wouldn't struggle.

Climbing up onto the balcony Nick finally made it. He used to do this all the time when he'd visit her.
