A Smash Bros. Adventure (Old Version)

Chapter 25: The Prophecy

Maia's POV:

Maia: "Ten years ago the first humans entered the Smash Bros universe. Their Names were Alex, Sam, and Sarah. Alex was my older brother. They had no idea how they got to this universe but they knew what they were doing. I was taken by Ridley and brought to the Smash Bros universe. Eventually Midna saved me and took good care of me. We became best of friends. They soon ended up in Smash City where they were called the Heroes of Smash. They were told about the disappearance of all of Nintendo's greatest heroes and that it was all happening because they were here.

While in the city they were attacked. The whole city was destroyed. Thankfully, a Xerneas saved them. and told them what they must do. They were told to find Master Hand, who had also gone missing. Their search led them all throughout the Super Smash Brothers universe. They met many people and made lots of friends. They even got their ownPokémon. Sam got that Garchomp and named him Jet." I pointed at Jet. "Sarah got that Gardevoir and named her IV." I pointed at IV. "Alex didn't want aPokémon, he just wanted to find me.

Their search led them to Master Head, the creator of this world. He had taken most of the missing Nintendo characters, Including Master Hand. He tried to kill innocent people and blame it on them. Thankfully The Heroes of Smash managed to save them. Alex managed to save a Pokémon that soon became his own. He named her Susan, after our Mother. The Heroes of Smash then made a decision that would change their whole life. They would learn how to fight. It's a good thing they did because when they went to finish their quest they ran into me, Midna, and Ridley. They quickly took care of that dragon and saved us. I was so happy to see him.

They then went back to Master Head and sealed him away in a special machine. Master Hand was now free and peace flowed throughout this universe. Or at least that's what seemed to happen. Nintendo's villains didn't like what the Heroes of Smash had done. In response they destroyed everything to find the Smash stone. But my brother ran away with it. no one knew where he went or where he hid the stone. the only thing he left behind was this scroll." I pulled out a scroll. "He titled it 'The Prophecy'. It says:

"10 years from the day the Heroes of Smash first entered the Super Smash Brothers universe a new human will enter this universe. They shall be known by many names. Some of their names will be: The Protector, The Savior, and The New Master. But they will be known mostly as 'The Chosen One', for they shall be the ones who destroy the ultimate evil in this universe. For they will be the ones to end all corruption. For they will be looked upon by many and seen as a hero. Who this person is no one knows but when they arrive everyone will know their face."

The person my brother is talking about is you, Nathan. You are The Chosen One."

Nathan's POV:

I was in total shock. I didn't know what to say. I looked at Jacob. He looked at me.

Me: "Wow," I said looking back at Maia. "That's just... incredible."

Jacob: "So you're saying Nathan is 'The Chosen One' and that he is suppose to destroy Master Head?"

Maia: "That's what the Prophecy says."

I stood up and started walking around the ship. My hands were on my head.

Jacob: "Let me see that."

Maia handed him the scroll. I looked out a nearby window. All I saw was ocean.

Jacob: "There has to be a mistake. There's no way Nathan can destroy something like that. Especially if he doesn't know what it is."

Maia: "Sorry, but that's what's written. You can't change it, no matter how hard you try."

Me: "Say I ran away. Say I went back to my world." I turned around. "What would happen then."

Maia: "Ha! Good luck with that."

Jacob: "What's that suppose to mean?"

Maia: "You can't return to your world. I've tried several times. One of those times cost me my hand." She removed her cannon from her right arm. She had no hand on that arm. "But if you want to try and return by all means try. I won't stop you."

She looked away and crossed her arms. Me and Jacob looked at each other.

Jacob: "You mean we're stuck here?"

Maia didn't answer. There was a long silence that was interrupted by our captain.

C. F: "Good evening everyone. This is your Captain Falcon speaking. I would like to ask you all to please stay seated as we arrive at our final destination, The Kalos region."
