Chapter 30: Roy v.s. Roy

Nathan's POV:

I turned around to see where the missile had come from. I looked up and saw a huge fleet of ships hovering above us. Of course, I recognized them.

Me: "Bowser Jr."

Then I realized; this is what Susan was warning me about. 'They're coming.' It didn't take long for everyone else to notice too.

Samus: "Airships!"

Shante: "How did they find us so quickly?"

Maia: "It doesn't matter how they found us as long as they don't capture us." Maia shot a small energy blast at the missile Lucario was still holding. He let go of it and jumped out of the way and it exploded. "Come on. We need to get to Professor Sycamore's lab now!"

Everyone started running towards the lab. I quickly grabbed Eve and ran too. I couldn't stop thinking of how much of an idiot I was. 'I should have listened to her,' I said to myself. The airships started dropping down Koopas, Goombas, Shy guys, and every other minion that was part of Bowser's army. We were soon in sight of the lab.

Roy: "We're almost there!"

Just then, a wall of goombas blocked our path. We turned to go around them but Hammer Bros, Magicoopas, and Dry Bones were also surrounding us. We were trapped!

???: "Well, well, well." The voice came from the side the goombas were on. I knew the voice belonged to Bowser Jr. but I didn't turn to confirm that I was correct. "Looks like we finally caught what we were after. Ho ho, daddy's going to be so proud of me."

Eve started to growl. Fear started to flow throughout my whole body. I knew what these villains wanted but I didn't want to know how they were going to get it. Were they going to kill me like Zaunt wanted when this whole thing started?

Jacob's POV:

I looked over at Nathan and could tell he was terrified.

Me: "Why do you want him?" I already knew what they wanted from him but I said what I said to try and buy some time in case someone was planning something to save us.

???: "Is it not obvious?"

The voice came from the opposite direction of Jr.. I turned and saw Ludwig. Soon all the other Koopalings surrounded us.

Morton: "Everyone knows we can't free the Master without the Smash Stone."

Wendy: "That's right. And we'll do anything to take it."

Larry: "Yeah. Like electrocuting him."

Lemmy: "Or, we could just pull it off his wrist."

Iggy: "Or, we could scare it off him by putting him in a tree."

Everyone looked at Iggy. The silence was soon broken by Bowser Jr.

Jr.: "Enough! It doesn't matter how we take it from him as long as we just do so."

(K for Roy Koopa and FE for Roy from Fire Emblem.)

Roy (K): "Oh don't worry, Jr., we'll get it from him or else my name isn't: Roy Koopa."

Roy (FE): "Hey, That's my name! Give it back!"

Roy (K): "Are you accusing me of taking your name?"

Roy (FE): "No offense buy yes. Pick a new name."

Roy (K): "No way! I'm Roy for life!"

Roy (FE): "Well so am I!"

Roy (K): "You wanna fight over it?"

Roy (FE): "Yes! And FYI: I'm going to win cause I have a fire sword."

Roy: (K): "Oh yeah!"

Roy charged at Roy and they both started fighting. (I've been wanting to do that for the longest time.)

Jr.: "I hate my siblings," I heard Jr. say in a low whisper.

Midna: "I don't think these guys know how to kidnap people."

Jr.: "That's it!"

Jr. Pulled a device out of his shell, I think, and pulled a lever. Before anyone could react, a giant yellow hand came out of the airship. It went straight for Nathan.

Me: "Nathan, look out!"

He looked up but didn't do anything in response. I leapt forward and pushed him out of the way, just to get caught by the arm myself. It lifted me up so no one could reach me.

Nathan: "Jacob!" I looked down at him and saw tear stains on his cheeks. He was... crying?

Nathan's POV:

I looked up at Jacob. 'Not again,' Was the only thing I could say to myself. Maia and Samus tried shooting at it but the metal was too strong to even be dented.

Jr.: "Now, are you gonna come peacefully, or am I just gonna have to squeeze the life out of your friend?"

He pulled the lever, even more, causing Jacob to scream with pain.

Maia: "We'll never give you The Chosen One! Not even for a thousand rupees!"

Me: "STOP!" I screamed so loud that everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at me, including the Roy's. I put Eve down. She looked at me with a confused look. I then looked at Bowser Jr. "I'll come with you. Just don't hurt my friends."

Maia: "Nathan..."

I looked at her with a dark gaze. She must have seen the anger in my eyes cause she backed away from me.

Jr.: "Well, at least someone's being reasonable." He pushed the lever causing the hand to toss Jacob towards the Roys. I wanted to go make sure he was ok. But before I could take a single step the hand grabbed me. "Alright! Minions, move out!" All the goombas, Koopas and other baddies, including the koopalings, grabbed onto ropes that pulled them up into the airships. Samus used her beam whip to grab onto the arm. Maia grabbed her and they both followed me into the airship.

Jacob's POV:

I got off of Roy just in time to see Nathan, Maia, and Samus going into the airship.

Shante: "This is terrible! What do we do?"

At first, I didn't know what to do. I thought for a moment and then looked over at Sycamore's lab. I instantly got an Idea.

Me: "Come on!" I gestured for everyone to follow me. They did and we all ran to Sycamore's Lab.
