Emily's POV.
I can't believe that I hugged him. I could feel his large hands on my blades and I lay my head on his chest. My body felt electrified again and I was so happy to feel that way again. I almost wanted to kiss him, I had to stop with that contact so I just stepped away.
He's right next to me on the couch. I'm trying not to think about it because I know that I'm going to start smiling like an idiot so I'm just trying to focus on this damn movie.
His right hand is almost under my leg. I feel strange for allowing this but I think that he didn't put his hand there on purpose. Honestly, if he did I don't care.
This movie is incredibly boring and I really prefer to read all the geography books that are on the table.
"I'm famished! Albert where is the snack you prepared?" Sophia asks him and I'm impressed that he made a snack.. maybe he likes to cook like me..
"It's on the kitchen.. Emily, are you hungry?" He says looking at me. I know that if I look at him our faces are going to be too much closer so I just keep looking at the tv.
"Yeah, actually I am." I answer with a smile.
"Let's eat then!" Sophia says and stands up from the couch.
I stand up too and walk towards Sophia leaving Albert with James.
A part of me didn't want to leave him but I'm really hungry.
Albert's POV.
She's on the kitchen with Sophia. Now I have a change to kick James out of my house, I mean.. our house?
I beat on James's head with my hand trying to wake him.
"Dude, wake up!" I harshly say.
"What?" He says with a sleepy voice.
"Wake up. I already told you." He's pissing me off.
"Leave me alone, bro."
I kick his foot so he can leave the fucking house.
"Ouch. That hurts!" He says standing up from the couch.
"Leave. Now." I say to him with a harshly tone and using my height to intimade him. Perks of being abnormally tall.
"Fine." He says. "Give my number to Sophia and tell her that I'm waiting for a call.." He smiles leaving the house.
He's such an asshole. Anyway. I walk to the kitchen and Emily and Sophia are eating the snack that I prepared.
"Albert we didn't eat the whole snack-" Emily instantly says.
"Yeah, Emily insisted." Sophia interrupts.
"Yes, Sophia. Albert have put a lot of effort doing this,"
"That's okay. I made it for you." I say looking at her and she's blushing staring at her cup of tea. Sophia told me how much she's obsessed with tea.
"Thanks." She says touching the cup with her fingers.
I stop looking at her and take a seat next to her chair. I want to be near her as much as possible. Even if I'm not touching her, she makes me feel good.
She's still looking at her cup and I know she's embarrassed, but I don't mind. I love the way I make her blush. I don't know why. I just do.
"So where's your friend?" Sophia asks.
"He left." I say with a shrug bitting my croissant.
"He left or you forced him to leave?" She asks.
"Same thing." I shrug and Emily chuckles.
"But don't worry, he asked me to give you his number and he also said that he's waiting for a call," I say with a laugh.
"He did? Oh My Gosh! That's so cool!" Sophia seems happy.
"Is it?" Emily asks and I look at her.
"Yes.." Sophia grins widely.
"Why? Are you going to call him?" Emily asks. Why is she so interested to know if Sophia is going to call him? Does she likes him or some shit?
"I don't know.. maybe.." Sophia gives her a smile.
"You're unbelievable. You do really like bad boys.."Emily laughs.
Bad boys?
"Told ya.." Sophia smiles and Emily giggles while shaking her head.
"Do you like bad boys, Emily?" I don't know why I asked her this. I feel stupid but still curious..
Sophia almost spills her milk with a laugh and Emily stops drinking to look at me.
"Um, I don't know." She answers casually and then brings the cup to her lips.
"Albert, do you really think that Emily likes tattoos and peircings?" Sophia says looking at me. I know she's making fun of me.
"I don't know.." I say looking at Emily.
"I do like tattoos actually.." Emily answers looking at Sophia.
"You do?" I ask with a surprised tone.
"Yeah.. Maybe I'll do one on my arm someday," Emily says pointing to a part of her arm.
"With what?" I ask.
"A sentence or a quote.." She says.
"A quote? Like Shakespeare's quotes?"
"Um, I love Shakespeare, but maybe something more personal," She answers laughing and I smile at her.
"You do?" I ask again.
"Sure! Who doesn't? Oh, you don't count, Soph!" Emily mocks Sophia and she makes her a sarcastic laugh. I really like Emily. A lot.
