"Does Sophia know about this?!"
"No. And he doesn't want her to know and I'd like to keep it that way."
"What? Why? He's lying to her,"
"I don't care really. It's their lives." Albert approaches to me on the bed.
"Sophia is practically my best friend. You don't expect me to hide this from her, do you?"
"Emily, she's happy. And obviously he can't blow nineteen candles with her around on his birthday so I'm sure he will tell her. Eventually." He lays his hand on mine and lifts it to his warm soft lips. I feel his breathing fanning on my skin making me smile.
I know he's trying to distract me but he's right. James needs to be the one telling her because he was the one who lied on the first place.
I stare into his beautiful hazel eyes between the sunlight crashing the window.
He gives me a reassuring smile and I sigh as he pulls me to his chest.
"Now where's my good morning kiss?" Albert grabs my waist and crashes his lips onto mine making the dragons on my belly to set fire uncontrollably.
I know my day will go wonderfully already.
