Chapter 16 Immortal

~Libby's P.O.V.~

"Life," I simply replied. "Sucks,"

Immortal sat down next to me. "Yeah, I know the feeling."

"I'm a big fan, by the way." I said.

"Weird....I'm a big fan of you, too," He said. I grinned.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah," He smiled back. Nicole was right.

"That's awesome!" I said. But this little interesting fact didn't fill the void in my heart.

"What's with the tears?" Aleks asked.

"I......" I sighed, crying harder. "My boyfriend and I broke up. He and his friends are fighting. I'm fighting with my cousin and friends. It's just....Ugh!"

Aleks wrapped his muscular arms around me and hugged me tightly. "You know what an amazing girl and her friend told me? That life gets better, no matter what. You got push on, cuz the bad will eventually turn to good, and it'll be worth the fight. Now, who said that?"

"Jason and I," I recalled saying that in the first episode of 'Lapises Reach For The Stars'.

"That's right," Aleks said. "So why are you here, crying, when you should be cuddling with Sky?"

"There you are!" I heard a voice yelling for me. Quetin and Jason, along with Michaela, were runnign towards me.

"You should go with them," He said.

"Will you come with me?" I asked.

"Sure," Aleks said. He helped me up and took my hand, which was freezing from the cold weather.

"Aren't you ImmortalHD?" Michaela asked.

"Yes," Aleks said. "You are?"

"Michaela," She said. "This is Jason and Quentin,"

"Ready to go back home?" Quentin asked me.

"Can Aleks come, too?" I questioned, leaning against him.

"Sure," Jason said. We all walked back home, the warm air of the house surrounding us.

I noticed Dawn on the couch with Jesse and Chase. Ileyah, too.

"Hey," I softly said. They all looked up.

"I'm sorry," Ileyah said. "Just.....stressed. I expected your happiness to show, making me happy, but instead I got the same feeling."

"S'Okay," I gave her a hug. I skipped hugging Jesse and Chase, and hugged Dawn.

"Libby!" Nicole said as she, Mitch, Ty, Jerome, Sky, and Flame came from upstairs. She froze seeing Immortal. "A-Aleks?"

"Hey cousin!" Aleks said with a wave. Nicole tackled Aleks and I moved from their ruinion, making one of my own wiht Mitch as I tackled him to the ground in a hug.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean it!You're the best family I've got, Mitch!" I said.

"You're fine, Libby," He said, hugging me. "Just don't say that again. Really hurt my feelings. I love you, you know."

"I love you too Benja!" I helped him stand up.

"No more running away?" Jerome asked me.

"No promises!" I said.

"Her? Run? Ha!" Jesse laughed.

"Squid," I coughed.

"I'd rather you say you hate me!" He said. "Fish,"

"FIASH!" I shouted. "Fiash,"

"You're so weird," Flame laughed.

"That I am, Miss Flame. That I am." I smiled. But it was fake. I was still hurting.

I saw Sky slip away upstairs. I frowned. But until there was away for us to be together without people interrupting, I'd stay single.

I decided to go to my own room, only then realizing it was his too. I went into it to grab some clothes. I guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight.

I showered, feeling cold and lonely, despite the water being intensely warm against my chilled skin. I missed Adam's touch.

I changed into my clothes and went to the living room. Everyone chatted until about 11, when Dawn, Jesse, Chase, Ileyah, Aleks, and Michaela went home. Nicole stayed the night with Mitch and Flame shared a bed with Ty.

Everyone but Jerome went to bed. I lied on the couch.

"Come stay in my room tonight," He said. "It's gonna be cold to tonight, and the couch isn't comfortable."

I sighed and stood up, following him to his room. I forgot my pillow in Adam's room, so I went to go get it.

"What are you doing?" Adam asked in a cracked, hoarse voice.

"Getting my pillow," I said.

"Why?" He asked.

"I'm staying in Jerome's room tonight," I said. I went to Jerome's room and cuddled up to him. Never would I have expected Jerome to like me, ever.

~Sky's P.O.V.~

When she said she was sleeping with Jerome, the tiny fragments of my broken heart shattered into nonexistant particles. Was she dating him now, or Nicole's cousin? I saw them holding hands when they came home.

I sobbed myself to sleep. I love her.....What was I going to do? If she moved on that fast, than couldn't I do the same?

Tomorrow, Sky, you're going to find yourself a new girlfriend.
