Thirty Two

So Eun

I was worried for a couple of days after that night Eunseo found out about me and I.M. I could see she would want to tell the others about us but she's restraining herself.

Everyday and even today, work goes on. Eunseo and I try to be normal but we can feel were not at the best terms lately. Still, were all doing our best and she is too.

"Girls!" I talked to the members.

"Ne unni??" They all rushed to me.

"You will be preparing for a comeback!!" I announced.

"Wahh!"

"Jinjja?"

"Oh wow yess!!"

I could hear them rejoicing because they were excited. I was happy for them too.

"So, we have to go to Starship and head to meet the song writers. They have been ready with your songs for a long time." I said.

All of them obeyed and started changing. One by one they got ready and we head off to their agency.

We arrived and directly went to the studio to meet the people incharge.

"Annyeonghaseyo!" We all bowed and greeted each one.

"Oh." I said.

I saw both I.M and Jooheon in the room too. I.M got excited to see me to but he kept cool.

"Annyeong Jooheon oppa!" I greeted.

"So Eun-ah, annyeong!" He greeted back.

"Why are you guys here?" I ask.

"We're working on our self produced songs too. So were sharing this big studio for today. We're just really hanging out here." Jooheon answered.

"Oh okay.. Ill go ahead sit with you guys here." I said and sat beside I.M.

WJSN were doing their thing having a talk and little checks with the staff while the oppas were just literally hanging out.

"Is everything good?" I.M asked me.

"... yeah. Everything's fine." I answered.

He gave me a smile and rubbed my back.

"Wah, So Eun unni and I.M sunbaenim! You look like a couple!" Soobin suddenly came out of nowhere, saying that to us.

We were both startled and we didn't know how to react. It felt like we got caught. My heart suddenly started beating wildly.

I looked over and saw Eunseo hearing it and looking at the both of us too. She suddenly came beside Soobin infront of us.

"Right? They look like couples. It's like we can't be mistaken." She commented.

That moment we were both tensed and afraid she would say the truth. I tried to keep calm but I wanted to be defensive.

"But.... sad to say they aren't." Eunseo took it back.

I could suddenly feel I.M's breath of relief against me.

"Oh... okay let's go back Eunseo." Soobin said and they went back to their own work.

I looked back to see I.M because I too was really relieved. But my eyes caught a suspecting Jooheon looking at the both of us two.

"Jooheon oppa?" I asked him.

"Let's go out, the both of you. Let's talk." He suddenly pulled us out both.

After that moment, So Eun and I were left relieved. So Eun turned back to look at me but her eyes darted at Jooheon.

"Jooheon oppa?" she asked him.

"Let's go out, the both of you. Let's talk." He suddenly pulled us out both.

The three of us stood in the empty hallway. So Eun and I had our backs to the wall while Jooheon looked at us both in a suspecting manner.

"What hyung...?" I said.

"Are you two dating?" He directly asked us.

"What!...??" So Eun exclaimed and suddenly raised the tone as if it was a question.

"Kyun, I'm your trusted hyung. So Eun, I'm an oppa. Don't lie to me." He said firmly.

So Eun and I both looked at each other for a moment. I waited for a reaction and she suddenly motioned by nodding her head.

"Hyung.... it's true. We are dating." I admitted.

"Mwo?!" He got surprised.

"For how long was this? Did you know this company does not allow that?!" He whispered.

"Yes we know.. but for a long time we were able to keep it a secret." I said.

"Who else knows about this??" He asked.

"Probably.. you and Eunseo know." So Eun answered.

"Eunseo?! That's bad! Kyun, she likes you. That's really bad for the two of you." Hyung worried.

"Ne...." So Eun and I answered.

Jooheon hyung breathed deeply and took a moment before talking again.

"Aishh.. it was obvious you liked her Kyun... since the start. I'm glad you're both together now. But be careful... Ill keep this a secret." He promised.

"Thank you.. thank you so much oppa." So Eun said.

"Gomawo hyung." I said.

Jooheon hyung nodded and patted So Eun and I.

"Let's go back." He said and we both followed.

I felt relieved and I thank Eunseo and Jooheon oppa. Though they know about me and I.M they still try to help in little ways.

Work for this day was done so I went home.

"Unni, I'm home!" I said.

"Ohh! Hi, did you eat?" Unnie asked.

"Not yet." I said as I went over to the table and look for food.

Ring ring

My phone suddenly rang.
I opened my phone and saw it was Jae who called me.

"Oh, Jae?" I answered.

"Unni.." He called me crying.

"Why? What's wrong?" I asked.

"Unni... eomma.." He finds it hard to continue speaking.

"She what?? Tell me." I started to worry.

"Eomma.. is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer." Jae said.

Hearing those words I felt like I broke into pieces. It hasn't gotten to me yet so I didn't react much.

"What..." I said.

"Eomma, wouldn't agree to therapy. She said to leave her be. What am I supposed to do unni? I can't let mom die!" He cried.

"I know... I know.. Please force her to. Ill send some money." I told him.

"Ne..." He sobbed and we hung up the call.

What am I supposed to do..?
