Charming our way to the front was the easy part. Raphael and Simon decided to join us as we all walked in. We started with a round of shots before heading to the dance floor. Simon and Izzy went to the floor as I pressured Raphe to follow me.
"I know I'm not simon but I'm a pretty good deal." I whispered in his ear as I placed his hands on my hips.
Some high paced anthem was on and the dance moves got sloppier with each and every song. Raphe said something about needed to take a dance out so I joined Izzy and Simon. We got a lot of stares, two shadow hunters dancing with/ on top of a vampire, but who cares. Our adrenaline runes became our only source of energy as we danced for another hour.
At about 2 am I felt someone put their hands on my hips. Izzy was about to snap at the hands when she realized who it was and walked away. I turned around to see the last person I would have expected to see there.
"Alec Gideon Lightwood, why are you here?" I said as we danced. He gave me a blank stare.
"I don't understand you Vale. I don't understand what's going on." He said all confusedly. I gave him a nod before grabbing his hand and taking him to the bar. Izzy and Simon met us there informing us Raphe had some business to take care of. We ordered 40 tequila shots. Simon downed all of his 10 with his new tolerance. Alec got through 7 while Izzy and I did all 10. The three of us split the last of Alec's before returning to the dance floor.
Another hour of grinding and lack of conversation we all headed out the door. Izzy and Simon ditched as we stumbled to the nearest establishment. Turns out it was a hotel. With emotions running high and the tequila numbing our senses, I found myself in bed with Alec Lightwood doing more than sleeping and I regretted nothing.
After the deed was done, we couldn't sleep. Sweaty bodies and adrenaline engulfed us.
Alec held me while we both mentally digested what just happened. I had to whisper affirmations into his ears so he wouldn't have a panic attack.
After about 20 minutes, I needed a shower. I got up and stretched not really ashamed of my body. I turned to walk into the bathroom when I paused.
"Your welcomed to join." I said as I walked into the bathroom and left the door open.
The warm water was soothing for my muscles and thank god I didn't have a hang over, I was still buzzed. 10 minutes later Alec joined me and I washed his back and chest as he closed his eyes. I'm pretty sure even though we had sex 30 minutes ago, this was the most intimate thing he's ever experienced.
"I can't marry Lydia now." He stated.
"As much as I don't want you to, I can't influence your decision. Your too stubborn for that." I said as I laid my hand on his chest.
"I have to do this for my family. I need to restore honor and get on the good side of the clave." He repeated like he was trying to convince himself more than me.
"I know baby I know." I said as tears welled up in his eyes.
"But I can't let you two go." He said. I knew he meant Magnus and I.
"We'll figure this one out baby. I know we will." I told him. We got out of the shower and dried ourselves off. Suddenly the rune started to light up on both of our hips. Suddenly it threw our hips together and we couldn't move them.
"Whats going on?" I asked. Suddenly we were both clutching our chests hunched over. Temporary blindness consumed me as I tried to understand what was going on. I could hear Alec groaning in pain.
