It's noon. Steve was returning from his farming, carrying nothing more than some wheat, and a silver sword. The sky was dark, and the sound of faint thunder rumbled throughout the over-world. Finally, rain begins slowly falling from the sky. He steps around a tree, and then he sees him. It's a creature, looks human, for the most part. It has a white outfit on, hood over its head. Steve opened his mouth, thinking he would speak to the new being. However, when the being floats off the ground slightly, Steve quickly shuts his mouth. It can fly, but only gods can fly. He quietly hides under a tree that's leaves are close to the ground. The being turned, hearing the soft rattle of leaves. All Steve can see now is red eyes and a creepy smile. His heartbeat sped up as the being slowly floated closer towards the tree. Oh no. What is this thing? Where'd it come from? Can it be destroyed? The creatures feet land on the ground, right in front of the tree leaves. Steve shuts his eyes tightly, knowing the being would most likely hurt him.
Then a strike of lightning flickers in the sky, and a loud roar of thunder comes as Herobrine hits the creature from behind.
The new being quickly attacks. They're almost similar. Both Herobrine and the creature had these powers. While Herobrines emitted colors of electric blue and dark purple aura, this creature emitted a red aura and more of a maroon beam.
The battle went on for a while, until finally, they were almost exhausted. The creature had blood pouring out of his closed eye, and a burned patch on his torso. It seemed like it was over, but the creature then actually fought hand to hand. The two punched and thrashed each other around, but suddenly, with no warning signs whatsoever, the being pulls out a sword and stabs Herobrine right in his stomach area. Steve was wide eyed, terrified that the being could actually kill Herobrine. The sword was stuck inside Herobrine, and the being was steadily punching that day lights out of him, each pinch with his own power behind it. Finally Herobrine gathered the strength to shove the creature away from him, ripping the sword out of him violently. His vision was blurry, actual pain sinking in for the first time in a long time. The creature started to come back to Herobrine. It lifted the sword up, ready to slash Herobrines head clean off. That's when Steve stabs the creature from behind. He shoves the sword in its back-chest area harshly, hoping it's enough power to stop its actions.
The creature chuckles wickedly, grabbing the sword with his fingers. He then disintegrates into what looks like dust or powder."H-Herobrine!"
He drops the sword, which was covered in the beings blood, and kneels down to Herobrine. He's pretty beat up, and by the way he's responding, Steve knew it was bad.
Thankfully Notch showed up just then.
"Steve, are you alright?!"
He asked frantically.
"I'm fine, but Herobrines not. He needs to get to my house. I know you don't care for him, but please teleport is there, for me.."
Notch stared at Herobrine. It's been a long time since his brother has looked this bad. Notch had gotten worried when the new code appeared, but he never expected it to be this powerful. Since Herobrine did save Steve, he would swallow his pride and help them. He teleported all of them to Steve's home. They laid Herobrine on the sofa, then Notch stood by the door as Steve fished through his chests for a healing potion. He gently let the potion hit Herobrines lips. He was still conscious. He drank it slowly, then after a minute, he opened his eyes to see Steve.
"Hey there Steven."
Steve smiled, his eyes watery.
"What was that thing?"
Steve asked.
Notch was quick to answer.
"It calls itself Entity 303. He is what we call a virus...most of the time I can deal with them, but he's managed to get into the over-worlds coding. He's powerful, probably more powerful than me."
Steve was worried now.
"N-Notch, does that mean he'll be back?"
Notch glances to Herobrine, who isn't too impressed.
"He could return at any moment. Just stay near Herobrine. I despise him, but I know he'll be able to protect you when I won't be there. I will work on the coding. If I find a way I'll let you know. Just..stay away from the caves."They both nod, and Notch leaves.
"You could've been killed."
Steve speaks softly, and Herobrine just smiles down at the boy.
"He was getting too close to you. I had to do something. I knew my good-for-nothing brother wouldn't be there to save you."
Steve gives a small smile.
"Just please stay here for a while..I'm afraid he'll come back."
Herobrine groans as he sits up. He rustles Steve's hair, speaking calmly."Don't worry. I'm here to protect you."
