S: "You're going to the Nether today?"
H: "Yes. I haven't been going recently, but I'm sure the castle is fine. Not much happens there so I should be back soon."
S: "Ok."
He was still upset about their plan to wipe out the virus. Herobrine knew that, but it wasn't like the idea to keep the virus alive appealed to him either.
H: "I'll be back soon...I love you."
S: "I..love you too."
With those sweet words, Herobrine vanished, as did Steve. He ran out of the house, running as fast as he could. It'd be a lie if he said the thought hadn't been on his mind.
He needed to check on Entity. Curiosity fled over him, and he had hoped that this program Notch created would be painless, and quick.Steve traveled far, finding the house he had created for Entity.
An eerie atmosphere plagued the sky above, dark and stormy, yet there wasn't a drop of rain. Steve knocked, but didn't wait for a response. Instead, he opened the door and went straight inside.
S: "Entity?"
There's furniture thrown everywhere, and it's so quiet.
S: "Entity.."
There's a faint rumble of thunder outside, which Steve immediately goes to investigate. However, before he can get to the door, a raspy voice echoes through the house.
"How dare you."
Steve's blue eyes are wide now. He steps carefully through the house, heading to the closed door of the bedroom.
S: "Entity?"
He opens the door, and much to his horror, Entity is in fact inside the room. The virus is on the floor, parts of him glitching in and out.
E: "This is it..you're all going to kill me..."
S: "I..I wanted-"
E: "Yet, you have the nerve to come here. For what? To gloat?"
S: "No, Entity..I don't want this."
E: "Oh, so it's pity. You come here, only to take pity on a virus? Well I've no need for it."
The virus stands, constantly glitching, and gritting his teeth.
E: "If I'm going to die, I'm taking every one of you with me."
Suddenly the virus bolts, grabbing Steve quickly. They wrestle, but it's not long before Entity has Steve against the wall, hands around the humans neck.
S: "E-Enti-"
The virus squeezes harder, lifting Steve up. Steve's feet were barely touching the floor.
S: "H-help..."
His voice was strangled, and that, despite his anger, made Entity drop him.
Steve fell to the floor, and coughed, holding his sore neck.
E: "I didn't ask for this!"
Steve looked up, seeing Entity with actual tears in his red eyes.
E: "I didn't ask for any of this! You think I wanted to be a virus?! It wasn't my fault I was created! It wasn't my fault I was made a virus! It's not my fucking fault!"
S: "I know...th-that's why..I..."
It's so hard for him to talk. It hurts.
Yet, as he looks up, he can see Entity in his weakest form. He's glitching in and out of existence, not to mention, there's small particles fading away from him.E: "I..I just want to be like you."
Like me, Steve thought to himself.
Suddenly, Entity is picked up and slammed against the wall, making the glitching much worse.
Steve states in shock as Herobrines deep voice pierces the silence.H: "What did you do to him you little shit?"
S: "H-Herobrine, wait! Gya.."
Yelling hurts, which only makes Herobrine even more angry. His hand grips tightly around Entity's neck.
S: "Stop...please, stop.."
Herobrine growls, but let's the virus go. Entity falls to the floor with Steve, coughing and grabbing his neck just like Steve had done before him.
H: "Steven, are you alright?"
He asks in a more soft tone now, kneeling down and feeling of the others neck.
S: "I'm fine..it was my fault, really...give Entity my coding."
