Quote of the Chapter:
'You can't take back the words you already said, and you can't take back the tears someone has already shed. You're going to come across people who say all the right things at all the right times. But in the end, it's always their actions you should judge them by.'
Michael's P.O.V
My eyes fluttered open to the sound of Alex's soft snoring. Sunlight poured through the window and entered the room. I kissed her forehead, and pushed a piece of her soft brown hair behind her ear. She was so cute when she was sleeping. I watched the rise and fall of her chest before I decided to get out of bed.

I looked over at the nightstand and saw that Alex had a text message.
'Should I look at it? No. Well she's not hiding anything so, so why not?'
I carefully reached over her and grabbed her phone off the table and opened it. Thank god she didn't have a passcode. I smiled at her home screen, because it was a picture that we had taken that day we rode a bike through town. I opened up her recent messages and found the missed message.
Hey I know you are probably pissed at me, but let me make it up to you... Come to a party tonight and it's legit. You can even bring Michael if you want.
I set her phone down knowing it was from Luke. She probably deleted his phone number from her contacts after everything that's happened.
"Mm. Good morning."
She started to stir underneath me so I set her phone back down and layed back on the pillow.
"Good morning baby."
"Mm. I love it when you call me that."
She leaned over and kissed my cheek and I don't know why but electricity shot through my body. I couldn't help but smile at her. Her hair was sprawled everywhere, she wore my shirt and her underwear, and she had on knee length socks. She probably didn't think anything of it, but she drove me crazy and she was insanely beautiful. Every guy probably wanted her, but they'd have to realize that she was mine.
"Hey, Alex?"
"Yeah."
She hooked her arms around my waist and snuggled up to my chest. I couldn't even think straight.
"Since this weekend, I can call you my girlfriend. Right?"
"Haha yea. Why did you sound so nervous?"
"Because I just wanted to make sure you were mine and all mine."
"I love the sound of that."
"Me too."
We got out of bed eventually, and she made me breakfast. I didn't want to admit it, but she was a better cook than me. She made French toast with strawberries and homemade whip cream. We went for a walk on the beach and came back in and took a shower. I stepped out of the steamy bathroom and into the cold air of the bedroom. I wrapped the towel around my waist and put my arms around her.
"So I forgot to ask you something."
"What is it?"
