My body aches, every single muscle of it. I tried to move but something held my hand behind me. I was sitting, on a chair maybe? My eyes was covered by something and I couldn't move.
The only thing I remembered from last night was saving Clary,  the fight with demons, and then a person -Moving so fast, impossibly fast that it felt like it was not real.

It was almost like a shadow.

And whoever it was, that person might have been trained so well.

Suddenly, the blindfold was taken away from my eyes and I was face to face with...

a girl?

I could tell that she was younger than me. Maybe as young as Izzy? From what I could see in this dim room, she had the lightest shade of brown -maybe the shade of caramel, with freckles on her cheeks. She might've been a very sweet girl if only that sinister look on her face isn't visible.

"You finally wake up," she spoke. Her voice was sweet, girlish, but sharp and cold at the same time. Her outfit was all black and her skin was pale. "I thought you died or something-not that you'll live too long anyway." She gave me a teeth showing grin. It wasn't playful, it was dark and horrifying.

"Who are you?" I demanded, "What do you want from me?! Get this ropes off of me!"

She leaned out and took a chair beside her and faced it in front of me, she then sat herself down on the chair, still looking at me with a strange expression I couldn't guessed. "Just so you know, Alexander Gideon Lightwood, that ropes are not going anywhere from your pretty little hands."

My hands are not even little.

"Then what do you want from me?!" God, I don't even know who the bloody hell is this girl!

"You don't know me, do you?" She asked in fake-sad voice. A fake pout came upon her lips as she continued. "Well, no one know me." The pout gone and it's now turned into a dark expression with no smile on her face. The face showing anger, revenge, the need of killing someone. "That's right! No one knows that I'm alive! And do you know who's fault is this?!" She suddenly leaned closer to me, "Lightwoods." She whispered in my ear, her voice sounded sharp. The girl then leaned out and sat on her chair again.

I was confused. My heart was beating fast. Too fast. Questions and speculations spinning in my head, but I couldn't even speak. This girl is a psychopath, that's for sure.

"You must be wondering who am I," she took a knife out of her weapon belt and played it in her hands, eyes still watching me like an eagle eyeing its target. She stood up from the chair, still not breaking eye contacts with me.
"I'm  Louisa Highsmith."

For the first minutes I heard the name, the only thing I could figure was that the name was so familiar.

Louisa Highsmith.

Louisa.

Highsmith.

It rang a bell in my mind now. Highsmith. I realize it, I realize who she is now.

But no. It couldn't be, could it?!

"Surprise, surprise. Who thought I exist, right?" She scoffed bitterly. "But that doesn't matter, does it? Only a daughter of the girl your father cheated on," she leaned closer and pressed the knife slowly on my neck, it was not deep, but I bet a thin line of blood was already forming as I felt little sharp sting torn my skin. "You all keep whining about how my mother and I ruined your family," she whispered, deadly. "Guessed what, you all, -the five of you, the Lightwoods-, you all ruined my life!"
