"So why haven't Percy and Pierre kissed yet?" Lapis asked, her head resting on Peridot's shoulder. "I have no idea! They're perfect for eachother!" Peridot exclaimed, eyes glued to the TV. It had been a week, and the two gems made it through season two and were beginning season three of Camp Pining Hearts.
"Don't you hate when two people are perfect for eachother yet they don't get together?" Lapis asked. "Well... not up until now but sure." Peridot replied. Lapis chuckled, "I do."
"Noted." Peridot smiled, wrapping an arm around Lapis' waist. "We're getting closer to season five." The blue gem reminded Peridot. "Ugh, don't remind me." The green gem groaned.
Lapis giggled and cuddled close to Peridot. "We haven't danced in a while." She said softly. "You mean I haven't danced in a while. You dance all the time." Peridot corrected Lapis.
"You know what I mean." The ocean gem chuckled, poking Peridot. Peridot's mouth formed a small grin. "Let's dance Peri." Lapis said.
"Aw Lazuli c'mon, just a few more episodes!" Peridot whined. "This is all we've done for the past week!" Lapis exclaimed, trying to not laugh. "Fine, after this episode ends we can dance." Peridot gave in.
"Okay." Lapis smiled, now focusing on the TV. The blue gem waited for the episode to end impatiently. She missed the feeling of how it felt to dance with Peridot.
Finally the episode ended, and Lapis turned the TV off. "Time to dance!" She exclaimed, jumping to her feet. "Yes, time to dance." Peridot smiled.
Lapis rushed down the ladder and over to the CD player. Peridot followed her, smiling. "Hmm.. any song requests?" Lapis asked, looking over at Peridot.
"Nah." The green gem said, winking. Lapis giggled, "Okay." The blue gem hurried over to Peridot.
No instruments started this song off, instead it began with actual singing.

Peridot blushed as Lapis wrapped her arms around Peridot's waist. The smaller gem slowly wrapped her arms around Lapis' neck.

Lapis smiled down at Peridot.

Lapis giggled, Peridot's smile was a little goofy looking.

Peridot chuckled and pulled Lapis closer to her.

"Who's Jesus?" Peridot whispered, Lapis shrugged.

"Oh uh yeah.. heheh." Lapis chuckled quietly, her hands sliding back up to Peridot's waist.

"Yes." Peridot finally said, looking up at Lapis, who was waiting for Peridot to answer her question from earlier.
Lapis smiled, not letting Peridot go.
