Gajeel
So, I headed out on my own. The bookstore wouldn't accept me, so I didn't get a job. Shrimp's fifteen dollars came in handy, but now I don't have much of anything.
About a month passed, and I never did see Shrimp again. I wondered if I should stop by her house, but then thought it would be weird and stalker like.
So, I stayed lonely.
Levy
I didn't see that Gajeel guy again. I was pretty surprised by that, actually, but I didn't. I wondered how he was doing.

Finally, one night, something happened. Alarms filled the city. I thought there might be a tornado warning so I checked the weather. HA! Tornado warning my BUTT!!
"We see a nuclear bomb heading our way. People, please run." He said. I grabbed my cat and started packing supplies.
"What the heck?!" I muttered, grabbing food and water in a panic. I grabbed my book, the Bible, and put it in my pack, along with a lot of other supplies.
Then, I started running. Running away from any structure. But that was hard because we were on an island at a city.
Then, it hit. It was the strangest feeling, one I can't even describe. I hadn't got away from the buildings yet, so I knew what was coming.
Sure enough, a piece of wood fell from an odd angle, not only trapping me, but knocking me out.
Gajeel
I coughed. I was under five feet of rubble. I moved my sore muscles and dug my way out of it eventually. Suddenly, I heard a whimper, and saw a cat's head pop up from the rubble.
"Pantherlily?!" I asked. "That must mean..." I realized that meant that Shrimp was down there. She'd helped me so much, it was the least I could do.
I started to dig for her. Finally, I found her, almost at the bottom of the rubble. She had a big cut on her forehead.
"What do I do, what do I do?!" I panicked. Then, I took my shirt off and wrapped it around her head as a bandage. I had on a tank top undershirt, but this radiation was not doing my skin any favors.
There was a big crater nearby, so I'm assuming that's where it hit. I picked her up, along with Lily, and ran as fast as my sore muscles could away from that gasses coming off of it. The less we breathe of that stuff-the better. And while I can hold my breath-Lily doesn't know any better and Levy can't.
I ran into the woods and beyond there until I could actually see part of the sky, and until I started getting sick and had to stop.
These gasses were unlike any. I don't know what they were or who in their right mind made them, but they were awful.
So, yes, I got sick on the floor, then had to move us away from it because ew.
I sat, trying to control my eyesight and breathing. That gas really messed with my head. I had to make sure we didn't come in contact with any more of that stuff.
*Author's Note*
Well, THAT escalated quickly! I know, random, and doesn't seem to have much of a story, but just wait. Just wait.
I cut this chapter short because my dog broke her leg today and me and my parents have to go back to the vet and get her in about ten minutes. She's got a little doggy cast now.
The break wasn't as bad as it could've been, so I thank God for that, but it's going to take a while to heal, so maybe prayers for her..? (Yes, I AM Christian)
Thank you guys for reading this chapter, and I'll see you all next time!
