Luke's POV
I pull up to the building where the tour bus is waiting after 10 minutes of driving. I hurriedly get out and grab mine and Maddie's luggage from the trunk, then run inside the tour bus and set it in the back room. Maddie comes inside shortly after I set our luggage down and sits on the couch, looking at her phone.
I sigh in content and relax, turning on the TV. "The boys are late as usual," I say to my sister, who isn't even paying attention. When I don't get a reply after 5 minutes, I turn my attention back to the TV that's playing "How I Met Your Mother." A few minutes later, the boys come rushing in to the tour bus, their bags in hand.
"Sorry we're late again, we got stuck in some traffic," Ashton said to me.
"It's fine, Ash. Just as long as you're here before the bus leaves," I replied. I turned my attention back to the TV, while the other boys went and put their bags in the back.
"Maddie, aren't you going to say hi to the boys?" I asked my sister.
"Yeah yeah, I will in a few minutes," she replied back.
A few minutes later, we're all sitting in the living area of the bus on our phones. Maddie still hasn't said hi like she said she would, typical. I look over at her and see that she's crying. I rush over to her and hug her tightly. "Hey hey, Maddie, what's wrong?" I whisper to her.
"I'm thinking about Logan again," She whispers back. My jaw and fists clench slightly as I continue hugging her.
"Hey, he can't get to you anymore. You're safe now," I tell her reassuringly. She nods and wipes her tears, before replying.
"Thank you, Lukey. I love you," I smile slightly at her.
"I love you, too, Maddie," I reply before kissing her forehead. She smiles slightly and playfully pushes me away.
"I'm okay now, Luke. You can go," she tells me. I nod and go back to where I was sitting.
"Alright, who wants some pizza?" I ask.
"PIZZA!" Michael yells in response. I roll my eyes at his outburst.
"Well, let's go get pizza shall we," Ashton responds.
