Calum's POV

Maddie fell asleep half an hour into the movie, so I stopped it and went out into the living room where the others were. I walked over and sat down on the couch, with Luke and Michael next to me. I spoke up, gaining their full attention.

"Guys, I need a huge favor. It's about Maddie," I declared, getting nods in response for me to continue.

"Okay, like I told Luke before he found out this news, you can't be mad," I turned towards Michael and Ashton, making them look at me skeptically.

"Maddie, she uh," I paused, looking at Luke for guidance and help since he already knows. He nodded in understanding and cleared his throat, making Michael and Ashton turn towards him.

"This honestly kills me to say because I didn't think this would happen," he started. "Maddie, she uh, she cut h-herself recently," he whispered, only loud enough for us four to hear. I heard Michael and Ashton gasp in utter shock, not believing what they just got informed.

"Oh my god, Luke. Did she say why?" Ashton asked, completely understanding this situation since he experienced it himself back when he did it. Luke looked at me, then back to Michael and Ashton.

"Calum, did she tell you why? You were in there for the whole thing. Hell, you're the one who found out," Luke asked, looking at me with such a look of concern and worry. I nodded and sighed.

"She said she can't handle this constant hate. It's happening again," I said, tears starting to form. I heard gasps fill the room once again, making me look at the others to see them in the same state as me. Eyes filled with tears, faces full of concern and love.

"So, that's why I need a huge favor," I brought the reason for this whole conversation back up. They all looked at me and pushed me to say what needed to be said.

"Do you think you could all help me perform a song for Maddie?" I asked them, hoping they'll help me do this.

After careful thought and consideration, Luke spoke up first. "I'll help you, Calum. Anything for my baby sister," he agreed, sending me a small smile.

"I'll help out, too, Calum," Michael and Ashton spoke, patting my back reassuringly. I let out a huge sigh of relief, thanking them.

"Okay, thank you. So, here's what I'm thinking. I think we should do it now. She fell asleep while we were watching a movie and she deserves a good wake up call, not someone screaming in her face," I said, looking straight at Michael. He put his hands up in defense and I shook my head.

"Anyways, back to what I was saying. I know it's kind of sad, but I really want to sing Invisible to her."

"Wait, why Invisible?" Luke asked, looking at me in confusion. I bit my lip and sighed.

"She called herself invisible yesterday and I didn't like it," I answered honestly. He nodded and they all agreed to it. I thanked them again and went into the bedroom, leaving them to get everything planned.

I walked over to the bed and lied down next to her, softly pulling her into my chest by her waist. She stirred a little and I kissed her forehead and when she still didn't wake up, I kissed her lips softly. I felt her smile into the kiss and kiss back, then I pulled away and was met by her beautiful, dark chocolate irises.

I sent a soft smile her way and she returned it, rubbing her eyes to rid of the sleep. "Hi babe," she said groggily, making me smile.

"Hi baby. I have something I want to show you, so, get up," I stated, poking her side, making her laugh and squirm slightly. She got up and I followed, meeting her at the door. I intertwined our fingers and lifted up her hand, kissing it gently. I saw a blush creep it's way onto her face, making me smile again.
