TOBY'S P.O.V
I can't believe I'm hugging Spencer. She was shaking.
She looks up at me "Sorry I really needed a hug."
I half smile. "Anytime you need one I'll be here. I know what it's like to loose a loved one."
She smiles "Well we should get going. I have a huge paper due tomorrow and I haven't gotten started."
I say "Okay, lets go."
We get into the car. It was filled with silence. I'm assuming she's thinking. Hopefully she isn't regretting the hug. She looks as me, hopefully she didn't notice i was staring. Alison already made her think I was a perv. We get to Spencer's house.
"Thanks for tonight Toby, it really meant a lot."
"Anytime Spencer. Maybe we can hang out again sometime"?
She smiles and nods "I'd like that. Bye Toby." And then she closes the door.
"Bye Spencer." I whisper quietly.
Did that really just happen? Did I actually hang out with Spencer. But then I remember Jenna. I was supposed to take her to a rehearsal. Shit.
