I think the love between two people can be an amazing thing. It's often a hateful and over used word but I believe true love is worth it. Only if the spouse makes it worth it~ Faith Gonzalez

I laid in my bed and sighed wondering why my mother hasn't called me not once.

Maybe she's busy. Or maybe Tanya is finally stepping up and taking care of our mother. Or just maybe she doesn't want to worry me.

"Shhh she's sleeping" I heard Mya say as the door opened. I turned my head seeing Zach waving at me while smiling. I laughed and waved back.

"Oh never mind she's awake"

I sat up. "Yeah, Where were you this morning?"

Every day when I wake up mya is always gone and the more I think about it she doesn't write. She says writing is her profession but I have never seen her write a day in my life.

"I was taking a run and Zach was coming over here so I opened the door for him" She said simply while placing a gym bag on her bed.

"You were coming why?" I asked looking at Zach.

"Because Maurice is having a mental breakdown and I refuse to be around that"

"A what?" I asked for some reason concerned. I don't claim him as my friend yet. I claim Zach as that but not Maurice only because he is still a very stuck up and arrogant person. But he's fun to be around.

"His mom called"

I sighed and took the blanket off of me. "I'm going over there"

"Woah, I'm telling you this as a friend, You don't want to be around him when he's upset"

"What's the problem?"

"He's really aggressive, I mean punching walls and throwing things aggressive when it comes to his mother. You wonder why he knows so much about the recent employees? Because he's been with them and each year was kicked out because of his aggression. He's like hulk"

"Yeah Faith"

I ignored their warnings and grabbed my phone then put it in my back pocket. "I'm going to see if he's fine, If black widow can calm down hulk I can calm down maurice"

They both tried to stop me but I walked out of the room and went straight down the pavement rushing to inside the building where the rooms were.

Internship or college

I thought to myself as I walked down the hallway.

"If it isn't sexy mama" That stupid guy from the office said while biting his lip shirtless as he leaned against the door frame.

Alec or Alex whatever he said.

"Who are you talking to?"

"You darling, Don't act all shy now"

I scoffed. "Stay away from me"

He grabbed my arm as I tried to walk away and leaned against me pressing me against the wall.

"Come on baby, I been thinking about that kiss since Saturday"

I rolled my eyes. "I have no idea what you're talking about. You must be drunk"

"No but you were"

"I don't drink"

"You don't? Because after Maurice handed you that Rum you were-"

"Rum? No I only drank cranberry juice and vodka that day"

He laughed. "He lied to you sweetheart, Let's not forget I threw the party"

I looked at him. He's lying. Maurice wouldn't force me to drink something that I wouldn't drink. I don't know him all that well but he doesn't seem like a sick bastard that would do that to someone.

"Let go of me" I said trying to move and he slammed me back making me hit my head.

"You leave when I allow you to, I don't like when women turn me down sweetheart"

"Don't call me that"

"Awe why? Did I steal tattoo boy's nickname for you?"

"Yeah you did, And you need to go" Maurice said catching me off guard. He stood over Alex clenching and unclenching his hands.

Alex laughed. "You again, You know I could've beat your ass when you grabbed my collar"

"Do it now" He said with his usual dull facial expression clearly not fazed by Alex's 5'6 frame.

"You sure you want that? Wouldn't want you to get kicked out again"

His nose flared and I grabbed his hand making him look at me for at least half a minute with his head tilting like he was trying to process what I just did.

Alex rolled his eyes and walked back to his room. "You two can have each other now, But I will get mine"

He shut the door and I sighed in relief as Maurice finally snatched his hand away catching me off guard.

"Don't touch me"

"I was trying to calm you down"

"I don't need your help" He said as he walked back to his room and I followed behind him.

"Oh you don't? Zach told me about you getting kicked out all those times. You might wanna calm your aggression"

"Why?" He asked while putting a shirt on. "You wanted to write the book by yourself, Let me leave"

I glanced behind him seeing a hole in the plain gray wall and his knuckles bleeding.

"I don't want that"

"Everyone doesn't want something sweetheart"

He sat in his chair and opened his laptop typing fast.

"Maurice"

He ignored me and I sat on his bed crossing my right leg over my left.

"You can leave now"

"I don't want to"

"Again, Everyone doesn't want something" He said this time mumbling the last part.

I was going to mention his mom but instead closed my mouth knowing that might be to far.

Instead I stood up and went towards the door.

"Wait" He announced and I stopped and looked at him.

"Yes?"

He turned around and tilted his head. "Why do you care so much?"

"I don't" I assured him and he crossed his arms while leaning in his chair.

"Faith, You care. Admit it"

"I care about myself that's what I care about, Just calm your tits so we can begin writing"

"Actually we can't write until we come up with a topic"

"I don't exactly know what's your interest"

"How about an interview"

I raised an eyebrow. "Go on"

"I interview you and you interview me, How's that?"

"About?"

"Well miss Gonzalez while you know a bunch about me. I know a bunch about you"

"Well Mr. Mitchell looks like we finally have a break through"
